Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, listing accuracy
Disappointed
We were very excited about our stay, however things did not go as planned. We never received the gate code to get into the community. Luckily, we have family staying in the same community so we were able to contact them to get in. They had went in to our unit to stock the fridge for us, but they ended up also cleaning the unit for 2 hours, which included cleaning both deck areas as they had obviously not been cleaned in quite some time. They changed the filter in the freezer/ice/water unit which was filthy and dumped the ice to restock. Once we arrived we noticed as well there were multiple stains on the carpet in all the rooms and the space did not have a clean feel to it at all. We went to vacuum and the canister was full. We emptied it and vacuumed and got another canister full on the first passes. We turned on the tc in the living area and we could not get volume at all, but were able to change channels. We then went to the office TV and we're only able to use Netflix, but no regular TV. We then went to the master and were able to get volume but could only watch one channel. At that point we contacted Hotelier/VRBO.
