This brand new house, located on 100 acres is a great place for a group of up to 12 to stay in a peaceful setting and enjoy creation. With four bedrooms, two full baths and a rec room in addition to the living room, dining room and kitchen, there is plenty of room to enjoy some quality time with family or friends. This is one of three houses on the property so if your group is larger either check out our other listings or message us. We are able to handle groups up to 30 by getting all three.
There is a piece of land that lies in the rolling, bluegrass covered hills of Kentucky that reminds one of days gone by. It is a place where the fireflies beckon children to come and play a game of chase; where a babbling brook whispers “come and explore”. This land, land that was created with loving curves and soft edges, teaches us to rest, to enjoy, to trade screens for sunsets and phones for fresh air.
We hope you find the joy and grace that leads to thanksgiving while you are here.

Country home located in the rolling hills of Kentucky. Very nice and very peaceful. It's a bit of a drive from the freeway and has winding roads. It's about 15 mins from the Ark, which isn't bad. There is no outside grill as depicted in the picture. But there is a grill like you might find at the beach or park. You'll need charcoal bricks, aluminum foil, and an extra table to sit stuff on.

It was a home away from home, comfortable and relaxing. The instructions were clear and easy to follow. The layout of the kitchen-dining area was accommodating, with fully stocked cooking utensils and dining ware for families.
Love how it’s in the country. The views of homes on their road were beautiful. This house is exactly as nice as it looks online. Peaceful area, love the fire pit area. Really enjoyed our one night stay, wish it was longer.

Soul Refresher
We journeyed to Kentucky to experience the ARK encounter and the Creation Museum. We had two families with us - my husband and I with our 4 boys and my sister, her husband, and their 2 children. After seeing photos online, we expected the Woodlands space to fit our two families really well and it did with more than enough room to spare. What we didn't expect was how breathtaking the views would be and how the peaceful setting would refresh our souls. We highly recommend this location to anyone seeking accommodations in the area. It is sure to be a blessing to you as it was to our families.
Hosts were welcoming and responded quickly. Everything was clean. It was quite spacious. We made use of fire pit. The road to get there is a bit narrow and curvy but the host gave us a heads up. It was not far from the Ark Encounter. We enjoyed our stay.
