- THIS HOME IS DOG FRIENDLY: There is a $50 fee per night, per dog. Up to 2 dogs allowed. We only accept dogs. Please inquire about other pets allowed with our Reservations Department. Please note that on Airbnb these fees are collected after the booking has been paid and someone from our team will reach out to you to collect the pet fee.
- VIDEO PHOTOGRAPHY: There shall be no video, still photography or film production of any kind without the express written consent of the owner. Fees apply.

PLEASE NOTE!
- Please take note that this home is NOT baby and/or child proofed. It is your responsibility to walk the home and/or property upon arrival, to make this space safe for your children. We assume no liability for harm/death to any baby or child staying or visiting this vacation rental.
- Please note that early check-ins and late check-outs are available at our discretion. There are extra fees for either of these add-ons when available.
- There are exterior surveillance cameras recording 24/7. The cameras are located outside the front door and front of building.
- This unit is located in a shared building with two other units. All units have access to the main garage space and the staircase leading from the units to the main entrance of the building.
- The rooftop deck is positioned next to the neighboring unit s rooftop deck. The rooftop decks are not shared. They are designed with glass panels along the railings that provide an unobstructed view of the ocean and the neighboring unit s rooftop deck while maintaining your own space s exclusivity and separation.
- There are a lot of interior and exterior stairs. There is no elevator.
- This home is not suitable for young children. There are stairs throughout the home, a rooftop deck, and a hot tub with a platform surrounding it. An addendum will be sent to you for your acknowledgement of these items after you have booked with us.
- The sofa bed in the living room is a full-size sofa bed.
- There is no pack n play or highchair.
- The fire pit on the rooftop deck is NOT for use.

CANCELLATION POLICY
- A thirty (30) day notice is required for cancellation. Cancellations that are made more than thirty (30) days prior to the arrival date will incur no penalty, aside from a $500 restocking fee.
- Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay, that are made within 30 days of the arrival date, forfeit the full advance payment (not including deposit and cleaning fee).
- Cancellation or early departure does not warrant any refund of rent. If you wish to shorten your existing reservation with VRBKIM, and your reservation is further than 30 days away, we do charge a $100 restocking fee to make this adjustment.

Parties and Overoccupancy Policy:
- If the guest violates any of our rules regarding noise, parties, or overoccupancy, and the host receives complaints from neighbors, a $500 fine will be imposed per occurrence. In addition, should these allegations be found true, the guest will be subject to immediate eviction without a refund.
