Hi, we're Kevin and Carleen and we love to host guests at our properties. If we aren't at our kids' sporting events, we are traveling the beautiful USA. We enjoy some great hiking trails, sitting outside having a drink while listening to live music, and traveling.

NO SMOKING means don't smoke in Cabin. If there is any smell of smoke of any kind,
there will be a minimum fee charge of $500.
Minimum booking age is 25.

We require a rental agreement to be signed prior to your stay, along with ID verification.
We require & pre-authorize a $250 refundable security deposit.
