LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION 1 bedroom 1 bath east end of pcb 3 buildings off the beach less that a 60 second walk to beach access 13. Outdoor bar b que pit area that shares with 1 apt. Private courtyard. Gameroom w water views. Fantastic location you can walk to many bars and resturaunts. Plenty of parking pets welcome for 125 non refundable deposit. Also a huge bonus that guest love is there is a game room with pool table and games has a great view of the ocean from game room.
