This is the perfect location to thoroughly enjoy the very best of Maui! Situated along convenient South Kihei Road, it is close to fabulous lush green fairways of Wailea's famous golf courses, and Kihei's enjoyable Elleair course. This nicely furnished and fully equipped condo is appointed for your every comfort. The condo accommodates up to six people and one baby in a spacious 1188 sq foot unit. Recently added baby crib.

HOA difficulties

Property in need of renovation. Holding back on comments. Was told owners are being hit with fees, from HOA, to plumbing upgrades.

Lots of Room, Walk to Beach

Overall we enjoyed this condo. There's a ton of room. The two bathrooms and 3 beds is a major plus. The access to the beach is awesome. The BBQs and outdoor eating areas were clean and enjoyable. And the owners are extra helpful and prompt!
