The apartment is on the third floor, overlooking the sea and the building has an elevator.
The apartment is extremely clean, does not have any kind of bad smell.
Decorated and in the best location of Praia Grande !!!

Barbecue, Freezer, tables, bathroom and shower and a breathtaking view in a completely renovated space !!
The apartment is 2 minutes from the beach (walking), sea view.
Also close to the Praia Grande Shopping Mall (3 minutes) and bakery market and the convenient gas station is at the corner of the street.

The building does not offer extra space, however the street is very quiet. During the night period there are watchmen. Private parking is available nearby.
