Princesa Resort C-408 The Sand Pebble Beautiful Ocean View Condo

Welcome to Princesa De Peñasco, a beautiful family friendly resort with the amenities you need this vacation. We have 3 swimming pools, 1 jacuzzi, a Club house which is for our clients to use, you can buy your drinks and come sit here, or rest after your workout, that you can do in our fitness room. You don't have to go out for the essencials, you can find them at our convenience store and if you don't feel like cooking and having a great simple meal, come to our restaurant. You will enjoy your stay since you hardly have to go out.

This 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom condo is located on the 4th floor of the C Tower. This condo has an ocean view and accommodations for up to 6 guests. This condo is beautifully war and inviting. The living room is painted a bright pumpkin orange and has been furnished with a tan sofa that doubles as a bed and two complimenting patterned armchairs. The wall is adorned with a beautiful hand painted oil painting, two oak wood end tables with tall shaded table lams. The room has an oak coffee table chest and a media center on the opposite side. The media center has been furnished with a large TV, DVD, VCR and CD player. In addition the condo comes with high-speed wireless Internet so you never have to miss an important email and you can upload pictured to Face Book for your friends and family to see. You can get to the terrace though the sliding arcadia doors off the living area. In the dining area there are painted yellow walls with a round oak wood table that has seating for 4. There is a light fixture hung from above to illuminate the area and a set of wall mounted art prints that add just the right amount of color. The opposite wall has a stone top console table with a mirror mounted on the wall above it. The kitchen has white ceramic tiled counter tops with black appliances and fully stocked shelves and cupboards. The kitchen has everything you would need to feel as if you are cooking in your own home kitchen. There is a built-in counter bar that works great as a serving buffet for your guests. The master bedroom has bright yellow painted walls with a queen size wood framed bed that has a dark arched wood head board and blue patterned bedding. The room has a dark wood nightstand with a lamp on each side of the bed and a dresser with a TV. There is a small double door closet on each side of the bay view window with an additional lower compartment for shoes and suitcases. The attached master bathroom has an arched entry with a single sink mirrored vanity with an additional double-mirrored door closet on the opposite wall. The private bathroom has a shower and tub made of travertine with a commode. The 2nd guest bedroom has white Venetian plastered walls with a queen size metal-framed bed that has tan floral bedding. The room has a beautiful seascape picture mounted on the wall above and a bedside table with a lamp near the window. The room has a large dresser with a TV and a large double-mirrored door closet where you can hang your clothing. The hall bathroom has a walk-in shower made of travertine with a single sink mirrored vanity and commode. The condo has a beautifully furnished terrace and even comes with a built-in safe to keep your passports and other valuables.

Our terrace is where you should spend most of your time when you are staying in. You will make wonderful memories sitting taking in the amazing colors of the sunset o sunrise with your family.
