Relax on the deck, enjoy the solitude of the property that surrounds you, or visit adjacent Yosemite National Park, Mariposa Grove of Giant Sequoias, Bass Lake, Oakhurst, the Chukchansi Casino, and so much more!
In the winter months enjoy skiing at Badger Pass, located in Yosemite National Park. We hope this is a place you'll return to year after year for your annual trip with the family!
Amenities include central heating and air conditioning, two Roku TVs that you may sign into your accounts with, a 3 hole frisbee golf course, horse shoes, a 1/4 mile hiking trail to a bench with a great view, a large deck with seating for 10, electric BBQ, and a kayak you're welcome to take to the lake (use at your own risk). For your safety, besides regular power, our home has a whole-home backup generator that will kick on seamlessly if need be as the power goes out often everywhere in the mountains. The home has solar, and an EV Charger to charge too for your electric vehicle! We also include Starlink Internet for the home with speeds up to 203 MBps.

Access the 1614 square foot three-bedroom, two bath home via a gravel driveway just off a paved private road. A queen bed is located in each of the two downstairs bedrooms, and the third large bedroom can sleep up to six by way of two queen beds with two full trundles. No bunkbeds here :) Our home can sleep a maximum of 10 people.
New construction means a Level 2 Electric Vehicle (EV) charger is included. Make use of the ChargePoint 240V EV Charger which charges any EV up to 9X faster than a normal wall outlet. It's important to carry chains seasonally above the 3000 foot level as it may snow. If there's a big storm, chains/4 wheel drive may be required, although the road is paved to the property. Maximum occupancy is 10 and no unauthorized guests are allowed.
Absolutely no smoking of any kind!!! Any type of fire is illegal in this county!!! Quiet hours begin at 9PM. Please move your conversations at that time inside as our neighbors may need to work in the morning and sound travels through the canyons. A clear identifiable image of yourself is required when a booking occurs as those who host need to know who they are inviting into their homes. There are four Ring cameras, one on the exterior of the front of the house, one on the exterior of the back of the house, one that has a view of the gate to enter the property, and one on a shed. The cameras will be recording during reservations.
