Excellent Choice in Destin!
The property was lovely, very clean, well-located and perfect for two couples traveling together. It’s within walking distance of a beautiful beach and shopping/restaurants.

Nice House Only A Short Walk From Beach
We had four adults and 2 babies on our trip and we were very glad to have found a house with a private pool. The house was as advertised, clean, and fully stocked and furnished. Lot's of bath and beach towels. There was a pack and play and baby stroller in the laundry room. Only about a 5 minute walk to the beach which we made everyday with a wagon full of kids and beach stuff and it wasn't bad at all. Would definitely stay here again!

Delightful home in Destin
The property is just as described. Probably would recommend a golf cart if someone in your party is limited physically as it is about 0.3 mile from beach access. It is close to shopping, grocery and restaurants. But again I would still recommend golf cart to access all these amenities. Pool was nice and Fara was terrific to work with. Highly recommend!

The house was perfect, everything we needed for our family of six. Short walk to the beach which was great. Fara, our host was wonderful, very responsive. We had a great time and will be back.

We’ll be back!!
We surprised our mom with a trip to Destin for her 60th birthday and we had 3 different families to. This place could not have been more perfect!! The design of the house was beautiful! You felt like you were on vacation every time you stepped in the door. The amenities that were there were perfect (can you say, thank you for a coffee maker!?!?) We loved how close we were to the beach (a short 3 block walk or wagon ride for the Littles) but that we had a pool right outside the back door if we wanted to just stay in. The bedrooms were perfect for us! Mom stayed with the 3 boys in the bunk room and my brother and his wife had the master in the main part of the house and my husband and I had the master that’s accessible in the back. (The second master is accessible once you step out the back door - it’s key padded and secure). It worked PERFECT for us!! Finally, we did travel with a 10mo old and this property was perfect! It had a high chair, pack and play and stroller on site so my brother didn’t have to bring one! Fara was exceptional to work with a super responsive! Thanks for making our stay so memorable!!! P.S. - Stop looking and book this place!

Great vacation!
My family really enjoyed this house. We've come to Destin every year for about 5 years and the private pool made this location our favorite thus far. It is a close walk to the beach and the house was stocked with everything needed to enjoy your vacation. We will definitely be back.

Perfect for a Long Weekend
Was great for a long weekend stay! One of the more updated condos in the building. Had everything we needed. Within walking distance to boardwalk, restaurants, and grocery store. Extra perk…the parking deck goes up to the floor the condo is on so loading/unloading was a breeze!

Great house
The house was very clean, newly remodeled, and in a great location. The only cons we had was one of the rooms was only accessible from outside off the back porch. Unless I missed it, this isn’t made clear in the overview of the home. The pool was a little smaller than I thought but it worked. Overall it was a great stay. Owner is very responsive!

Family relaxation!
This property was the perfect getaway for our family. We enjoyed the fact we were only 3 block walk and you were on the beach. Owner was very responsive. Only time we reached out was to check on the golf cart. Even though it wasn’t working it didn’t matter since we had a wagon to haul chairs, cooler and other items back & forth. Great location for many other amenities as well. Highly recommend this cute cottage for a relaxing beach vacation!

Wonderful stay
This property is in a great location. Just a block or two from the beach. The house was extremely clean and the decor was so cute. The golf cart was an added treat for us. The pool is perfect for a small group or family. They have the house and pool area stocked with anything you may need. We truly enjoyed our stay and can’t wait to book again.

Beautiful home in a great location.
The home was decorated very beautifully with a tasteful beach theme. An open concept between the kitchen, living and dining room made it easy for us to all fit in one space (8 of us). The kitchen was well stocked and the only issue we ran into was the dishwasher. The door can't be fully opened to load because the door hits the fridge. The bunkroom was comfortable for the 2 teens and 2 tweens. The 2 masters were spacious with beautiful ensuite bathrooms. One thing that should be noted for this property is that the 2nd master is only accessable through the back patio. It wasn't an isssue for us as we had older children but I could see it posing an issue for families with smaller kids. The second master outside also doesn't cool very well but there was a fan in the laundry room that we used to circulate the air better. The pool was nice for the younger kids and the backyard had a lot of seating with an umbrella for some shade. The golfcart would have been a nice amentity but was unusable during our stay. Fara was more than helpful in setting up chair and umbrella rental so we didn't have to haul our beach equipment. In all, I would definitely rent this property again. It was a wonderful place for our first Destin experience!

Perfect Beach Rental
My husband and I had a wonderful week at the Clipper Cove house in the Crystal Beach area of Destin! We enjoyed the privacy of the property, and the house was beautiful and very comfortable! We loved having our own private pool, and access to a golf cart to get to the beach. The house had everything we needed and more! The owner goes above and beyond with extras that many VRBO’s don’t provide, and we really appreciated everything. Thank you, Fara!

Great family house
The property was excellent and met all our needs. It was super clean and fresh from the furnishings to the linens . Fara ensured our every need was met and did so promptly. Her communication was outstanding. Great location and pool was nice for a dip The outdoor space was so relaxing and was enjoyed every evening . Three full bathrooms all updated was so nice as everyone was able to have their own space We will definitely stay again as it was a true vacation home that is managed by wonderful hosts. Best VRBO experience so far! Amazing house and incredible hosts!
Everything about our experience was perfect from the start. The owners of the property were available and attentive to all of our questions prior to arrival. Upon arrival, the house was clean and inviting and they even left us a bottle of wine chilled on ice, just like the picture shows! The property was in PERFECT condition, literally everything was brand new. The towels were bright white, the beds were comfy, the linens were white and clean and the kitchen was well stocked. The pool was a perfect size for our two young kids (ages 9 and 5) and the back patio is a lot bigger than it looks in the pictures! There is plenty of room for lounging and grilling (on the brand new grill!). The house comes with a golf cart that you can take anywhere...to the beach, shops, restaurants and bars. The beach is about a 3-5 minute walk or 30 second golf cart ride. We had very few needs during our week stay but when we did need something, Michael and Fara picked up the phone and helped us right away. It was a perfect vacation in a perfect house and we will DEFINITELY be returning! Thanks Michael and Fara!

Relaxing and fun
Super cute place! Beautifully done and well thought out. Kitchen is well equipped. Bathrooms had plenty of towels. Bedrooms were very comfortable and spacious. The back outdoor area has a nice size pool that the kids jumped in every day and a plenty of seating for us all to hang out around. Owners had a beach wagon, chairs and lots of floats, beach toys, and even beach towels to use. Being so close to the beach having the golf cart made getting around so easy and gave us a chance to explore the area easier. We didn’t even get a chance to try the community pool this trip. Owners live close and offered assistance if we needed anything. We loved our stay and will definitely be back!!

This was the perfect house for our family of 3. Everything was exactly as the photos showed. Not a super crowed area which was nice, easy access to the beach/grocery, friendly neighbors. The pool was just the right size for our 4YO newly, independent swimmer. Loved having the golf cart to get around. Host was always quick to answer/respond. Would stay here again!

Communication with the owner was quick and always super nice!! The house was precious and very clean. The golf cart was a definite plus!!! The only disappointing comment would be we could never get the house ac under 70 which in in turn made the house humid. Other than that, great trip!!!

A wonderful getaway
The house was spotless with a TV in very room and there was plenty of everything we needed - from the many snow white towels in every room to various beach toys for the kids. The house was 5 min walk from the beach and there was the golf cart for the days we did not want to walk. The homeowners were very easy to get in touch with. Our visit began right after a hurricane flooded Pensacola and Fara was very prompt to answer all of our questions. Luckily the part of Destin where the house is located was spared and we were able to discover and enjoy the wonderful Crystal Beach. Definitely would come back again.
