HOUSE HAS A PRIVATE HARD TENNIS COURT, NO POOL. IT IS FENCED ALL AROUND THE HOUSE AND HAS A PRIVATE CUSTOM GATE. IT IS A VERY SAFE AND POPULAR NEIGHBORHOOD. THERE IS A BEAUTIFUL SIDEWALK ALONG THE WHOLE OAKES BLVD AND ALSO THE SHOPPING PLAZA IS IN A WALKING DISTANCE OR 2-3 MINS BY CAR. THE BEACH IS APPROX 10 MINS AWAY BY CAR. THE FAMOUS MERCATO THAT IS AN UPSCALED SHOPPING WITH RESTAURANTS AND CINEMA IS LESS THAN 10 MINS AWAY BY CAR. YOU WILL LOVE THE NORTH NAPLES AREA. THE FIFTH AVE AND 3RD STREET IS APPROX 30 MINS AWAY DEPENDS ON A TRAFFIC. WE ARE SO EXCITED TO HAVE YOU AS OUR GUESTS!
