The Space:
"Palm Paradise Inn- the Beach" consists of three units which all share the same pool and a very large backyard outdoor space. Meet new friends or enjoy the privacy of your unit and convenience to the beach. The Seashell unit consists of two bedrooms and two bathrooms. There is a private, in-unit washer and dryer as well to do all the laundry you need while you enjoy your stay. This unit also comes with a fully equipped kitchen for the nights you want to have a home cooked meal or a big family breakfast.
Bedroom Configuration:
The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom and king bed.
The second bedroom has 2 queen beds as well as a pack n play in the closet. This unit can easily sleep 7 people.
This is our only unit with a private screened in patio just for you and your group!
We are pet friendly we charge $125 per stay, we do ask that you please keep your furry friends off the furniture as it is very hard to clean. Crate trained is preferred.
Guest Access:
To enter into the Seashell unit, you will use the gate to the left of the house (see walkway photo). There you will walk into the backyard. Seashell (Unit 2) will have the screened in porch where you will also find the unit number.
The Neighborhood:
North Fort Lauderdale Beach is an amazing pocket in Fort Lauderdale. You are only a 5 minute drive from the Famous Fort Lauderdale beach and a 10 minute drive to Lauderdale by the Sea. This is a tight knit community so please be respectful to all of our neighbors. We pride ourselves on having nice Airbnbs that not only our guests but also our neighbors will love. Let's show them that the stereotype Airbnb will not be found here.
Cafe Martorano which is a very famous restaurant is down the street as well. Walk or drive around its up to you but a lot of things are walkable/bikeable. The Coral Ridge Mall is a 7 minute drive where you will find Target, Publix, Home Goods, TJ Maxx, Marshalls, Old Navy and more!
Getting Around:
I always suggest having a car in South Florida, although the beach is two blocks away getting Uber tends to not be the most economical choice. If you would like to go down to Miami or West Palm Beach it is always best to just have a car. If you are looking to stay local and get a nice sun tan then you can totally uber/walk/bike and have an awesome time.

Please keep in mind this is a property consisting of three units.
Your apartment is completely private and exclusive to you. The backyard/grill/pool is a shared space where if you would like to make friends with the other guests you can!
Laundry room is in a shed.

-No unregistered guests on the property
-This property does have exterior cameras facing the parking lot, side gate entrance and pool. This is to ensure the safety of our guests and property.
Our pools usually heat to about 20 degrees above the ambient outside temperatures with the max temperature set to 85 degrees. While FL is warm most of the year, we do experience cold fronts that affect how warm the pools can get when heated. Please keep this mind for your trip if booking during FL’s colder months. GUEST VERIFICATION:
To ensure a smooth and secure stay, we require the primary guest listed on the reservation to complete a simple screening process within 48 hours of booking confirmation. Please note that your reservation is not confirmed until these steps are completed.
Once verified, and prior to check-in, guests will be asked to sign a Rental Agreement that includes:
- Agreeing to our rental terms and conditions.
- Providing a valid government-issued ID and a matching credit card before check-in.
- Paying a non-refundable $50 damage waiver. The damage waiver provides coverage for accidental damage during your stay, as long as it is reported prior to your check-out.
The damage waiver covers accidental damage that may occur during your stay. To ensure coverage, all damage must be reported promptly while you’re still at the property. We understand there is normal wear and tear at houses but should anything accidentally break or get stained during your stay please just let us know. Thank you!
