While the house was nice the post stated it had a house phone for local calls. That was very important to me as my son was playing at Cooperstown and the house does not have WiFI and there is no cell service. The issue is the house phone did work so my son’s coach had no way of getting in touch with me and if anything happened at the house you could not call anyone for help. Bring a hotspot if you stay.
We were in Cooperstown for a week for my son's baseball tournament. This little house was perfect for my husband and me and had ample room for kids in the second bedroom. Rental properties during tournament season are sometimes difficult to find in the area and everything is in the country. With 2 games a day it was nice for us to be able to have some alone time at the house rather than staying in a hotel. If you decide to book the property hopefully you enjoy your stay as much as we did.

nice but very flawed
house was nice - but when we entered the home the floor was covered with dead flies - there was a yellow jacket nest on the back porch so much for grilling the kitchen was encrusted in food the shower smelled like rotten eggs the sheets were full of bugs i wouldn t recommend staying here to anyone!!

Overall good location. No Wifi or phone service
Cool location and very quiet but no wifi, no sports channels and zero phone service really puts a damper on everything. Water had quite a bad smell but maybe because the water had not been ran in a while. Lots of bugs and spiders as well because of the location and the place could have been cleaner.
