*AGE: There is a strict minimum age requirement of 25 to book this property! A copy of your Photo I.D. will be required at the time of booking.

*COMPLEX AMENITIES: Outdoor Communal Pool, BBQ area with charcoal grills, covered parking

PARKING: Each unit offers covered parking for 2 midsized vehicles. Be sure to park in the correct space designated for your unit. Please refrain from parking in another units designated space, on the grass or street or your vehicle could be towed. Visitor spaces are offered next to the pool on a first come basis.

PETS: This is NOT a pet friendly property. Any evidence of a pet being on site may result in fines or possible eviction.

*MONTHLY RENTALS: This property is available for monthly rentals during non-peak seasons. Please call or email our office for monthly rates.

*CANCELLATION: In the event you have to cancel we will work with you as much as possible, however we do have a Cancellation Policy in place. Cancellation must be more than 30 days prior to arrival date and submitted in writing directly to our office email, , to receive a refund of all monies paid minus your processing fee. Please refer to your Rental Agreement to review the full policy.

SPINNAKER POINTE 3B:
You'll love the space this unit offers! Spinnaker Pointe consists of 5 duplexes and is located within minutes of dining, shopping, and other attractions. This 3 bedroom/ 2 bath unit features all New Furnishings in the Living Area, which includes plenty of comfortable seating, a Sofa Sleeper for additional overnight guests, and a LargeTelevision. The adjacent Kitchen/ Dining Area offers a New Table with seating for 6, with additional seating offered at the adjacent bar. The spacious Kitchen is fully stocked with all items needed for meal prepping, including cookware and small/ large appliances.

The Primary Bedroom offers a King Bed, Television, Balcony Access, & Private Bathroom. The Primary Bath features a standing shower, garden tub, and linen closet. Guest Bedroom 2 offers Queen Bedding, and Guest Bedroom 3 features a set of Twin over Full Bunk Beds. Both Guest Bedrooms share a bathroom, which features a tub/ shower combo, single vanity, and stack washer/dryer. Each bathroom is fully stocked with linens for your stay.
The oversized, private balcony offers ample seating, and provides a great space for enjoying outdoors. From this top floor unit, you are offered exceptional sunrises and sunsets on Little Lagoon.

The complex offers views of Little Lagoon and the Gulf, and provides a communal pool with lounge chairs. Although Spinnaker Pointe is located just across the street from the beach, there is no beach access directly across the street. Access to the beach is located to the east approximately 2 blocks and is a public access with a crosswalk, parking if you decide to drive, and public restrooms.

Area Attractions close by are: Waterville USA, miniature golf, Ft. Morgan, Tanger Outlet Mall, and Pinnacle Shopping Centre. Also close by are exclusive golf courses.

Spinnaker Pointe is centrally located between Mobile and Pensacola. Biloxi, MS Casinos are only two hours away!
