Do you plan on staying between Oct 15 and March 15, and don’t need to whole house, ask me how you can qualify for a cleaning and linen refund. This is very appealing for someone looking to only use 1-2 bedrooms.
Welcome to La Paloma, this 5bed 3.5 bath is an oceanfront oasis. As you walk into this coastal home you are greeted in a large foyer that has access to the two garages. Walk up the stairs to the 4 bedroom that contain a bunk room to sleep 3, a bedroom with two queen beds and two other rooms with queen beds, queen rooms have oceanfront deck access. Jack and Jill bathrooms on each side of the house. As you stroll up to the million dollar view you will see the living area with ample space for the whole crew. Also on this floor is a half bath and a huge master suite, with ocean front deck access.
As an added touch, and unique to Sol Searching Properties, you will find for your convenience, “starter” items. Please keep in mind these are meant to start your vacation, not supply your whole stay. These items include
- Coffee, sugar, sugar alternative, creamer and filters.
- a new kitchen scrubber
- a dish towel and washcloth
- dish soap
- dishwasher tabs
- powdered laundry soap
- bar soap per bathroom
- ziplock bags
- trash bags
- toilet paper
- paper towels
- CLEAN linens, including comforters and shams.
- Pack and play, high chair, noise machines available upon request, first come first serve
- Beach towels
A separate security deposit for $1000 and renters agreement will run through Ownerez after booking. This is a requirement to keep the booking.
Renter making the booking must be at least 25 years old and provide proper identification along with renter agreement. With credit card matching name on license.
