THE SPACE:
Experience the perfect blend of comfort and style in this open-concept living space, featuring a queen sleeper sofa and a sleek flatscreen smart TV. The main level includes a shared bathroom, a twin bed, and a bedroom with a full bed, while upstairs you'll find full-size bunk beds and a luxurious queen bedroom with an ensuite bath. This unit is situated on the second level and requires stairs to access.

• Additional: Kitchen dishcloth and hand towels, 2 pot holders and a few beach towels.

• A paid coin laundry facility is available to keep everything fresh during your stay located in the building.

PARKING:
Parking for 1 vehicle is included in your reservation. You MUST retrieve the garage access card from inside the unit before being able to access the parking garage to avoid paid parking. Parking is included for one car at the parking garage a block away and each additional car is about $20/day (subject to change) paid to the garage at the time of arrival. The garage location will be provided with the check-in instructions. There are other nearby paid parking lots as well as first come first serve paid street parking in front of the unit.
