Bear Bungalow * Cozy, Comfy & Adorable Tiny Home!

We love the beach and want to make a visit to this beautiful resort a memorable stay for others who also love the beach. BEAR BUNGALOW is located on our property and is perfect for your year round fun, 5 minutes from the worlds most beautiful beaches! Just around the Lagoon you will find St. Andrews State Park with miles of beautiful white sandy beaches. We are within minutes of restaurants, grocery stores, Super Walmart and Pier Park. We welcome your stay!
The space
Room for 2 adults and up to 2 children - it’s a TINY HOME so it would be tight for 4 ADULTS, but many have done it and enjoy it as they use it mainly as a resting place at night after long days at the beach and other activities.

The cozy loft has a comfortable queen size sofa, and the sofa on the main floor converts into a queen size sleeper.

Blackout shades are ideal sleeping in while your on vacation.

Other things to note
Our Bungalow has its own private entrance and small private yard nestled under a huge shady oak tree with a privacy fence for you to enjoy grilling or sitting by the fire pit.

2 bicycles are available for your use, and if you need beach umbrellas or chairs they will be provided as well. So travel light, come relax and enjoy!

We will allow one or two little dogs under 20lbs - we have a closed in yard for them - the additional fee is $75 per stay per pet.

Flawless.

Me and my girlfriend stayed at Bear Bungalow for a week, and we must say, to describe it in one word; flawless. The host was very hospitable and welcoming. He ensured a clean and comforting home, and we could not be more grateful for the experience. We hope to return one day. If tiny homes is your thing- this is a must. 10/10.

Bear Bungalow is a very beautiful and clean small house : it has everything you need. It is very well located and offers full privacy. You and your pet will enjoy your stay. Very grateful for the warthwarming welcome of the hosts

I’m originally from Virginia Beach, Va and I’m a retired Captain of the Norfolk Fire Dept. I still enjoy surfing, golf, tennis and pickle ball. My wife and I love the beach and retired here at this beautiful resort town 10 years ago.

Why they chose this property

Our neighborhood is quiet, well kept and the neighbors are friendly and look out for one another.
It is convenient to shopping and the beach, 5 minutes from Super Walmart, Publix, Winn Dixie and all kinds of restaurants are just around the corner or down the street.
If you enjoy golf there is a course less than a mile from our house.
Best of all you are 5 minutes from the world’s most beautiful beaches.

What makes this property unique

What makes our house unique is that it’s a Tiny house that feels cozy and comfy. The moment you walk in it just wraps its arms around you with warmth. It has its own private fenced courtyard for you to enjoy while relaxing under a large shady oak tree.
