This spacious 4 Bedroom, 3 Bathroom home located in North Morro Bay with breathtaking ocean views. This two story home features single level living on the top entry floor with two bedrooms, one full bathroom, kitchen living room and large outdoor deck. On the outdoor deck you will find a Gas BBQ as well as charcoal BBQ and plenty of room for everybody to hangout indoors or outdoors. Downstairs you will find two additional bedrooms, each with their own full bathrooms and a large backyard complete with horseshoe pit, BBQ pit, large deck and not to mention more ocean views!
The first bedroom upstairs features a King size bed with ocean views, and the second bedroom upstairs has a queen size bed with a TV. Downstairs the first bedroom has a queen size bed with ocean views and a TV, while the second bedroom down stairs is perfect for the kids or extended family with a king bed, queen bed and a single bed, as well as a TV and full bathroom. This home is the perfect beach getaway for family and friends to spend a vacation with plenty of room for everybody to hang out together as well as space to get away and relax.

Amazing!!!

This was such a wonderful home to stay in. The amount of rooms, bathrooms and beds was perfect for the group that we traveled with. The kitchen was spacious and we loved sitting on the deck for breakfast. Lovely neighborhood and lovely hosts. Definitely a place we we will continue to consider for future trips

Forever Friends

This home is a great place for four friends from Cuesta College days (Many years ago) to reunite annually. House is adequately appointed, spacious with a great view of the coast and the rock. Would suggest a curtain or blind be added to the kitchen sliding door to minimize the setting sun while dining inside. We look forward to our next year's visit.

Morro Bay escape

Nice big place in nice neighborhood. No issues with the property but the kitchen is due for a real cleaning. All cabinets and surfaces were dirty and sticky. We washed all utensils and dishes before use.

Amazing views

We had a great time at the house. We had family in to celebrate a graduation. We were able to bbq, play games and enjoy the amazing views. The house was equipped with everything anyone would need. Thank you for the wonderful stay. Would definitely stay there again.

Great for families

We stayed here as two families with teens and toddlers. Great place for this sort of things - huge with lots of sleeping space, beautiful view of the bay, and the kitchen and garage were stocked with everything you need for cooking and hanging out together.

Perfect location for Morro family vacation

Ian and Mitchell were kind and helpful. Plenty of room for a family of 8 (adults). The view is perfect.

Successful family vacation

We loved our stay at the beach house. It had a spectacular view of the ocean and Morro Rock. There was plenty of room for all of us. The home was comfortable and we enjoyed seeing family pictures on the wall. The neighborhood was quiet and well cared for. The bathrooms need a little updating but overall we enjoyed our stay and would stay again.

Million dollar view

The best features of this house include the breathtaking views of the ocean, the sunsets, and the two master bedrooms. The main master bedroom feels more like a studio apartment,because it’s so big. The kitchen is fully stocked with cooking utensils, and there are two washer/dryers in the garage. My friends and I were all very impressed with the house. We would definitely stay here again.

It was a wonderful vacation house for the family

Great location very nice neighborhood a block away from the park. Couple blocks away from the beach. The house was big enough for three families. Grandkids had a great time with all the Games.

Mini family Vacation

Great house for large families. Good location and beautiful views. Management easy to work with and accommodating. Pictures could be updated to reflect furnishing and amenities change. No bunk-bed for the kids or fire pit for s’mores (slight disappointment). A few things could use a little TLC. Over all we had a great time and will definitely stay there again.

Morro Bay Home

The view of Morro Rock is amazing. Seeing and hearing the waves break on the shore was fantastic. Clean and spacious. They could add a few blanket. We only found extra comforters.

Great location and view

The patio deck was a favorite hang out with the beautiful view of Morro Rock and ocean. The kitchen cleanliness was a negative. The drawers were dirty and sticky, and many pots and pans had flaky nonstick material. The kitchen towels need changing. The big TV was great for whole family viewing.

Reunion with a View

The deck with 180 degree view of the ocean, including the famous Morro Rock, was a great gathering spot for family and friends. The kitchen is large and well equipped for meals. The 4 bedrooms (5 beds) had comfortable mattresses. And, the three bathrooms accommodated all without shower “conflicts.” It was a great stay and looking forward to going back.

Nice house and great location

Attended Morro Bay Ironman and it was about 2 miles from the start. We enjoyed our stay and more than enough room for our party. The place is spacious and clean. We would probably stay there again in the future.

Great view!

Great view of the ocean with a large deck and nice yard. Well stocked kitchen and comfortable beds. Could be cleaned better but owner has been informed and I'm sure he will work on that.
