About this property

This three story Victorian house with separately rented cottage in back has been completely renovated with modern amenities. It is located just one block from the beach. It features 6 bedrooms and 3 full AND ONE 1/2 bath that sleeps 16. All bedrooms have central AC and each have their own flat screen TV. A bedroom with queen bed is located on the first floor with its own full bath with shower. There are 4 bedrooms on the second floor, 2 with queen size beds and the other two with King size beds. The third floor is a large loft type bedroom with one queen size bed, 2 twin beds and a set of twin bunk beds. Sheets and towels are NOT included. The second floor has two full size baths with shower, sink and toilet. A full size kitchen is equipped with refrigerator, ice maker, stove, dishwasher, micro and a full array of pots and pans. Central AC is throughout the house. The first floor family and living each have their own large flat screen TV With Apple TV & free unlimited NETFLIX rentals. Free wireless internet also is provided. The large wrap around porch has a dining table, and sofas and chairs to relax on. Also a extra refrigerator out on porch for those cold beverages!

There is no need to drive your car once you are here. Within walking distance is Fantasy Island Amusement Park and Water Slides, Bay Village shopping, Maritime Museum, historical house tours, and many great restaurants and cafes. A Pirate ship children's boat trip and charter boat fishing are also available within walking distance. Perfect for us!

Excellent location, unique house, well stocked / provisioned so we never had to run out for something. Communications - from booking, answering questions, and being helpful throughout - was terrific. The wrap around porch with comfy furniture was our place to be for relaxing, morning coffee and outdoor dinners. All ages of guests were extremely happy here so close to the beach and town. Parked our cars and never used them!

Paradise in Beach Haven

We had a wonderful stay. Home is beautiful with an incredible porch and location couldn’t have been better. Kitchen is well-stocked, beds are comfortable and home is a stones throw to the beach. We would love to stay again next time we’re in LBI

Staying at 112 Coral Street

This house is definitely one of a kind. Great wrap around porch for outdoor dining during Covid. Amenities are good- large washer and dryer, spacious refrigerator, oven and microwave. I recommend additional lighting on the second level- going into the bathrooms in the middle of the night can be dangerous. No lighting and there are steps going down into each bathroom. One of the adults slipped but fortunately was not injured.

Perfect beach house

We love love love everything about 112 Coral street. The rental manager was wonderful. The location can’t be beat and it was a wonderful place for a relaxing Labor Day weekend with family and friends.

Family summer rental

Wonderful family of 16 vacation. We ate all our meals on the porch or at a local restaurant. Rented bikes, plenty of overnight free parking. Great time!!

This is truly our hone away from home

This was our 14th summer at 112 Coral Street Need I say any more? Best management , very responsive to all our needs .We love the house, truly sleeps 16 & the proximity to the beach, everything within walking distance, excellent restaurants, beach & bike rentals, gourmet market, beauty salon, pharmacy ....the works! We put our car keys away for the 2 Weeks ....no need to drive at all! Everthing is right there! We'll be back for our 15th year in 2018! The Strauss Extended Family!

Outstanding beach rental

In excellent condition. Sleeps 16! Large & comfortable rooms, nicely decorated Fabulous location to everything a family would want Plus full wrap around porch with outdoor dining table & chairs TV''s in every bedroom Central AC Our family has rented this house for 2 weeks every August for 10 years!

Wonderful Beach House - Close to Everything

We stayed in this house with 2 other families in July 2011. The house is clean, comfortable, and spacious. We loved the huge wrap around porch for relaxing in the evenings. The kitchen is very up to date and has everything you would need. We had 6 adults and 10 children, and never felt cramped at all. Enough space for everyone to spread out. Short walk to the beach made it easy to bring the kids back for lunch or a bathroom break. Lots to do within easy walking distance. Grocery, arcade, ice cream shop, mini-golf, etc. Park your car when you get there, and don't get in it again until you go home! This house is in a beautiful area of LBI. The property manager is easy to work with and was available to us. Would return to this house in a heartbeat. Can't say enough good things.

Loved the House!

We had a great time! Perfect location, close to beach, shops, restaurants and amusements. Super house. Charming yet updated - roomy and comfortable. Everybody loved it. Thanks for the memories!
