Rivergreen Resort Condo with Ameneties!

Steps from the new Timbertown Lift & on the Loon Shuttle Route! This ground floor 1 bed/2 bath with king bed & memory foam sofa bed is located inside Rivergreen Resort. You’ll be within walking distance to dining and shopping, 5 min to Loon Mountain (with weekend shuttle) and a 15 min. drive to the Franconia Notch. After a long day in the mountains, unwind with a soak in your in-unit whirlpool tub, or in the resort’s hot tub and pool.

The unit is located on the ground level of the Rivergreen Resort Hotel. Upon entering, you will find a fully stocked kitchen, dining area, and a living room with a memory foam sofa bed, and entry to an attached patio. There is a full bathroom with whirlpool tub and one king bedroom. There is cable in the unit, but feel free to bring along a roku or firestick if you prefer to stream

Check in is only available until 10 PM *
You will also have access to the resorts pool, hot tub and fitness center. Hours are subject to change, please inquire prior to your arrival to confirm.
Please note, that this is not a full service hotel. The front desk will provide your
keys, but is not available for any other services during your stay.

While pets are not allowed (building restricts pets to owners only) the owners do have a small dog that visits the unit in the summer months. The unit has been fully cleaned, but something to consider for guests who may suffer from allergies.
