UNCW College tour

I took my daughter and a friend to UNCW for a college tour. This VRBO has the best location to everything. 5 minutes from the UNCW campus and 10 minutes to the beach.

Great Location

Great location and very quiet neighborhood - to have a bedroom with a bathroom attached for both bedrooms was awesome. We were there in the spring before the pool was open, but if it was open, the townhouse was very close to the pool and it looked like there were a lot of chairs around it! Great brewery within 5 minutes - worth a visit. Kitchen had all the essentials plus some extras that were nice! Was a great stay overall.

Wilmington home

My wife and I had a wonderful time at this Wilmington home. Everything was as described in the listing. The home was in a very convenient location and yet it was so quiet. I loved having the pool which we used daily. Most of the time we had the pool to ourselves. Everything was clean and organized. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The beach is just a 10 minute car ride away. Overall I would happily stay here again on my next trip to Wilmington.

Hidden Gem

We truly loved our stay at this townhouse! When we arrived our son had a surprise gift of hot wheels and a slinky which was huge hit as our son played with the slinky on the stairs for hours! The townhouse is centrally located so it was convenient for the wedding we were staying for. The owner was great as he provided recommendations for places to eat and some family fun activities in the area. He was quick to respond to any of questions during the stay. We would highly recommend this location to family and friends and we are hoping to come back during the summer season! Thanks again for a great stay!

I immediately fell in love with the trees and nature in this neighborhood. To be so close to the beach and university, and still enjoy a quiet retreat is wonderful. The neighbors are also very kind and friendly.

A genuine interest in my guests having a satisfactory stay. I am not a hotel owner trying to turn and burn through “heads in beds”. I am a local that is passionate about my community and willing to put in the work to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable.
