We came down for my birthday, spouse and I. Loved the room thene set up. Enough towels for the shower and jacuzzi. There was a mini fridge, coffee pot, microwave, I brought chocolate covered strawberries, wine bottle, so the mi i fridge was handy. The bed was comfy.
This spot was perfect. Literally minutes from downtown. Access to everything. It was so cute and perfect. Plenty of hot water for the jacuzzi. The bed was so comfortable. They had coffee maker, fridge and microwave. We will definitely stay here, again. Thank you so much!
We stayed in suite 204 for the Zombie Crawl. Quick access to all the activities. Owner communication was great. The room did have a bit of a musty smell, which may have been due to the carpet, but the room was clean and we would stay here again.
So nice and cozy, close to downtown, amazing VRBO!!!!

This hotel had a for sale sign out front at road and property is adults only and self check in and serve. Basic hotel jacuzzi layout with eclectic furnishings. Jacuzzi was nice. Not good bed for us at least, bed was too soft for our backs, pillows were flat, sheets kept slipping off. Good fresh ground local coffee was provided with pot and mugs were nice. Pool was refreshing but lots of tree debris were in and around pool and deck. We decided to try someplace other than our normal Anniversary stay place in Eureka Springs and will be going back to our usual landing place next year.
It was very cute. We enjoyed it very well. It was close to downtown. The 2 person tub was tight for us so if you are on the bigger size it’s a tight fit but it still worked.
The room itself was just as listed and was very clean and comfortable. It is a very short distance from Main Street, so it’s in an amazing spot. Chris was very helpful and communicative and just an amazing host! We would definitely stay here again!!
Right next to the trolly! Everything was absolutely wonderful. Booking, check-in, adding a day, the room, cleanliness. They did it all right. My only suggestion would one more trash cash or a larger trash can but that was not a deterrent. We will definitely stay here again!

Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication
Disliked: Listing accuracy
Bed, but where was breakfast?
Ad said kitchenette, but there was only microwave. That is not a kitchenette. And no table to eat at. Other than that room was nice despite water and power/internet issue.
