Lower Level: The lower level is an entertainment haven with a game room for all ages and a private indoor saltwater pool room (secured with a key code for child safety). Step outside to the covered deck with comfortable seating for lounging.

The house was beautiful and clean. The view was gorgeous. The kids enjoyed the pool, the pool temp was nice. We all enjoyed the hot tub. We cooked a meal one night, the kitchen was well equipped. Kids enjoyed the arcade games and air hockey. Rooms were comfy. Would definitely recommend and would definitely return.

Location was great as expected in this area. Overall quality of cabin and furnishings were below average or heavily worn. Floor plan was choppy. Stains on portions of bedding, pillows on couch, walls and so forth. Was not very clean, and there were a lot of bugs (a lot of stink bugs inside!!!!) and spiderwebs.

6 adults and 5 kids stayed here and we all loved it. The house was perfect for our family coming together from 3 different states. The house was surrounded by unbelievable views of the mountains. It was clean and welcoming to travelers. Offered comfortable modern furnishings, a great kitchen and outside decks to enjoy the fantastic views. The kids enjoyed the game room and the pool was a great spot for relaxing and play. The owners were outstanding in their communication and in making our stay extremely comfortable. The information given on the house as well as local attractions was helpful.The location is great since it’s close to the Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forage areas. The two locations offer wonderful restaurants and activities for families. 10’s for a memorable trip. Thank you!

Breathtaking view

The home lived up to and exceeded every expectation I had from the pictures. The property was clean and very comfortable. We had to motivate ourselves to go down the mountain to do activities because we were having such a great time just relaxing and enjoying the mountain views. They only small critique was the temperature of the pool (chilly). The owners were very responsive and had someone from maintenance come to adjust it but ultimately it remained too cool for our toddler. Otherwise we would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend.

Beautiful and comfortable new home with breathtaking views

We loved staying at Sunrise Sunset! We took our whole family of 3 children in their 20s with two spouses. Everyone had their own beautiful bedrooms and bathrooms and we had plenty of shared living space. There are several large windows and four decks, all with beautiful views, seating and even a grill. We loved being in between Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg and found plenty to do. Checking in and out was easy and the owners were very responsive when we had a question. If we could give it more than 5 stars, we would!

Best Mountain Getaway

We shared this house with some friends of ours, and it was absolutely perfect! We had 2 families of 4 and all had plenty of room. The pool, arcade games, and hot tub were a huge hit with the kiddos. You can’t beat the view from all the balconies! We loved cooking dinner on the grill and hanging out outside and watching the sun set each night. Location couldn’t be better to Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. The owners went above and beyond to answer any questions I had, and were always prompt to respond! I’m already looking at dates to bring my family back!

Luxury and comfort

What an absolutely outstanding stay we had! This cabin offers a very modern and comfortable stay with plenty of room and fully equipped for a marvelous vacation. We enjoyed every corner of this place from the pool and game room to the beautiful deck with breathtaking views! Our host were very attentive and made our stay easy and very welcoming. I love that it was toddler friendly ! And our teens enjoyed the upstairs level all to their self the bunkbeds were super spacious, and every room offered their own bathroom, which is very important for us when it comes to getting ready. The kitchen was also fully equipped with everything you can think of definitely a family home. Thank you so much. We will definitely be recommending this cabin to our friends and family.
