Welcome to our beautiful waterfront home in Cape Coral, Florida! This spacious and modern 4-bedroom house is the perfect vacation rental for families or groups of friends looking to relax and enjoy the Florida sunshine.

The highlight of our home is the stunning canal view from the backyard, where you can watch boats go by and even fish from our private dock. The backyard also features a large screened-in pool and patio area, complete with comfortable lounge chairs and an outdoor dining table, making it the perfect spot for lazy afternoons or evening barbecues. We've recently added a mini golf course to the backyard, providing fun for all ages!

The open-plan living area features a large flat-screen TV with cable, comfortable seating, and a dining table. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals, including a stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and plenty of cookware and dishes.

The four bedrooms are all comfortable and well-appointed, with high-quality linens and plenty of storage space. The master bedroom features a king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower and double vanity. The second and third bedrooms have queen-size beds, while the fourth bedroom has two twin beds.

Other amenities include free Wi-Fi, a washer and dryer, and plenty of parking space in the driveway.

Great house for a group of friends or big family

Spacious house with plenty of space for a large family or group of friends. Really nice patio with pool, spa, BBQ and nice views of the canal. Quiet neighborhood and very responsive host.

Much better than expected!

This house was better than we were expecting. Very nice layout and 12ft ceilings made it feel grand. House was clean and had lots of accommodations. The floor to ceiling retractable doors and hottub made for very enjoyable evenings.

Gorgeous home

Clean and comfortable. Home was immaculately clean and had all the essentials and then some. Very spacious. Safe and quiet neighborhood. Only downside was the pool is not heated as advertised and the hot tub did not work. So we unfortunately did not get to use the “heated oasis”. Ice/water dispenser also needs cleaning. Otherwise, 5 stars!

Not what we were led to believe

I will probably never stay at this house again. I made sure to contact the Host prior to reserving to adk abput the details of the pool and spa, plus other things. However, after arriving we find out we have no control over the pool/spa heat u like we were told prior to reserving. Then we found out that before we wanted to use either that i had to text the host to turn on the spa. Then text again to turn off. Then te t when we wanted to use the pool. This was never disclosed, otherwise we would had never reserved. It was a laborious process, but then, we were told prior to reserving that we could set the temp to the pool to whatever we wznted, only to find out that that was not trur!! If we rewlly wanted the temp we wanted, we had to pay 25.00 per day. We were lied too. We wouldn't have minded paying extra, but we were told otherwise!! Then the guest bath toilet ran all the time. The prior guests complained about it, but was never fixed. Then the water pressure in the showers was very poir, plus the water temp of the showers was never hot. Only tepid showeres were available! There was no glasses to drink from. No corkscrew for wine. No storage containers for food. The primary bedroom was extremly hot no matter what we did. All in all, we made the best out of it! The house its self is very nice, and updated. That was nice and beds were comfy.
