Holiday disaster

We reserved this property for a Christmas visit. We received notice of cancellation THE DAY BEFORE our reservation. Extremely inconsiderate. No private communication for why. Finding another property for 12/23 was very difficult and put a lot of stress on our family.

handy location to our event at Steven's Technical Institue. Easy to get to NYC. One parking spot, so one vehicle is ideal.

Great trip average accomodations

The New Years Eve trip in NYC was a 10/10. The accommodations were in lower tier of ratings for all VRBOs I have stayed at. pros- price is right, large at 3 bedroom, off street parking Cons- *Dishwasher and fridge new, had all the packing and tape on inside, limited use Only 1 of 3 heaters worked, blew cold air, not really warm *beds were extremely firm *kitchen was on the light side for plates, silverware, glasses, etc *my biggest regret was it was listed as a 2.5 bathroom. There was just one. With 4 teenage daughters we couldn’t get ready for putting in a timely fashion. Owner needs to list it as a one bathroom *door locks were very sketchy. Hard time getting deadbolts to latch securely
