Our lovely kitchen features granite countertops and modern appliances, perfect for preparing meals during your stay. The spacious bathroom boasts a custom tile shower and laundry facilities. Off-street parking is included for your convenience.
The space
Our cozy 888 sq ft home features 2 bedrooms, each with a queen bed, full dresser, and closet. The main area boasts a comfortable sleeper sofa and a 4-chair dining set. With the ability to accommodate up to 6 guests, it's perfect for families or groups of friends.

In the warmer months, be sure to check out our backyard, which is fenced on 3 sides (open only at the house corner near the driveway) for added privacy. Inside, we've added recessed, dimmable lighting in the common areas to create a more enjoyable and comfortable experience during your stay.

Guests have access to all areas of house except the basement. The basement door which is off the kitchen area will be locked.

Bad smell and bugs.

The place has a really bad smell. Also, several very large centipedes and spiders were in the bathroom and living room. The kitchen table and chairs are very fragile. Almost afraid to sit on the chairs.

July 4th-8th

The location of this property is great. Easy to find and close to stores. Check in process is great and check out is super easy, just turn off lights and lock doors. Very nice to not have cleaning instructions. Communication was quick when needed. The space is beautifully remodeled and decorated very nicely. Bathroom is very large and clean. I feel there could be a better job of cleaning in other areas. The floors were not very clean, there was a food container left in the fridge, spiderwebs in corners. We weren’t able to use the pull out couch as planned because it was very dirty. I wasn’t thrilled with the air conditioning unit saying that there was an issue keeping the humidity down so therefore the place was pretty sticky and humid and when told about the problem, owner said he’d look into it Monday after we checked out. The place also smelled of smoke even though it was supposed to be a non smoking home. I do think that maybe the smoke smell was drifting in from neighbors because only one of the rooms smelled more strongly of smoke. Overall though, I would stay again and it was perfect for our needs.

Cozy getaway

We had an event in the area and this was a comfortable, relaxing place to stay. Had everything we needed for a weekend. Would stay again when in the area.
