About this space
Step into history without losing the Luxury!
This is the "original farmhouse" that was built in 1908 and lovingly restored/expanded immensely to become a classy, luxurious Garden hideaway with a pool (in the summer). Located in a quiet neighborhood about 30 minutes from Washington, DC.
Gourmet Kitchen, Atrium, 7 Bedrooms & 3.5 elegant bathrooms sit on a lovely 2.5 acres filled with exotic trees and plants on a beautiful stone patio and Pool across the driveway.
~
This home was originally built in 1908 and features three levels of living areas as was common for mansions in that era. Within the last 10 years, a gourmet kitchen, light-filled Atrium/multi-purpose room, sunken living room & two luxury bathrooms were added to make it a great mix of history & luxury!
Level 1 features: Gourmet kitchen featuring Miele appliances, Sunken living room/sun room, 4 seasons room/Atrium, and Dining room.
Level 2 features: 3 bedrooms (1 queen bed Ensuite, 2 queen beds, and 1 queen) & 2 full bathrooms.
Level 3 features: 4 bedrooms (all with queen beds)
