Wonderful and as advertised!
Easiest and perhaps the best stay in Havasu. We are almost locals by how much we stay in Havasu. And I can honestly say this location and property was perfect. Scott and Samantha are wonderful! And non intrusive but you know they’re there if you need anything. Loved it. Thank you!

Great house
So thankful for this amazing couple who owns this home. Kind individuals. House was perfect set up for my family and my sisters family. Kids slept in the shared room with a full and twin. The games on site were great for kids and adults alike. Very clean! Had all the basics for cooking. Neighborhood was quiet. Backyard was clean. Great experience!

Wonderful property and even better Hosts!
Our family absolutely enjoyed our stay at Scott and Samantha's property. Everything was as advertised and even nicer in person. The location was perfect for us to get to and from the lake easily and all the rooms were plenty large enough for our party. Both Scott and Samantha were incredibly easy to communicate with and answered any questions we had immediately. We will absolutely be staying again in the future and would highly recommend this or their other property.

Wonderful Stay at the Anacapa Estate
This property is amazing, wonderful decor, had plenty of supplies, extremely modern and clean. The owners are very responsive and helpful with questions and the check in process. The House, is located near the college street brewery, that has wonderful food and micro brews. It is also close to the state park for boat launching, and access to the London Bridge area. The kitchen was fully stocked with plenty of utensils, cups and paper plates. Everything was labeled and easy to find. The house was spotless, with plenty of clean towels and extra bedding if needed. For the boat owners the area next to the RV garage provided plenty of room to back our truck and trailer into, and had a power outlet which made it easy to charge the batteries at night. The driveway was still large enough to put a 18' boat and truck into. For my future tournaments in Havasu I hope this house is available. In summary I would recommend this house to anyone looking.

Loved our stay
This house is beautiful, clean, and very comfortable. The kitchen is stocked with all the necessities, and the washer and dryer are a huge plus. The tall ceilings really give a feel of luxury. The driveway fit our bass boat just fine, and the location is close to the Lake Havasu launch ramps. The hosts Scott and Samantha are excellent with communication. Thank you so much hosting us!

Lake Havasu City Trip
Our family was very comfortable in a new three bedroom home. Our hosts Scott and Samantha were very gracious and readily available for our every need. Their home was fully stocked and ready on our arrival. It's location was in a quiet area, yet minutes from downtown Havasu activities. If we return to Havasu, Scott and Samantha will be our preferred choice for a place to stay. Mick & Judi Warden
