It was good, could have been better

There where dog fleas on one of the beds and it smelled like dog urine but overall it was good. The pots and kitchen supplies where clean and the bathrooms where clean.

Big Bear Panorama St.

The management company did a great job. We had a couple of things that needed tending to before we arrived and they were on top of it. The house was clean and comfortable. Kitchen was great, Bathrooms were clean. Beds were comfortable. The patio needs repair work. The game room was missing darts, ping pong balls and the tips for the pool table sticks were all gone.

Nice but game room was a bit disappointing

Had a great time! House was very comfortable and a nice place to hang out. We only used the hot tub once because there was sand and dirt at the bottom and the water was pretty dirty. The game room was a little less than advertised. The pool cues were broken, the ping pong table was cracked and the net was broken. But overall, would stay again. The house was nice.

4/10 Poor

Lots of Space, but....

We loved the location of this property. The space in each room was wonderful. Nice large sofa for each person to have a place to sit. Unfortunately, there were too many issues, starting with the ice packed driveway that had room for only one car! Slipping on the ice was a big problem. The property was not clear of ice all the way from the driveway, up the walkway, steps of the front porch and the porch itself. I slipped three times just walking into cabin for the first time. Thank heaven I arrived before my family, as there was a toddler and a newborn coming up. After calling maintenance at Big Bear Vacations for help, I started trying to clear the front porch. The ice was so thick I couldn't put a dent in it. (I am a 62 year old woman!) Maintenance man came and shoveled enough space that we could get our 2 cars in. The salt mixture he put on driveway didn't work, as it stayed frozen all 3 days we were there. He couldn't put salt on wood deck (understandable), but also didn't try to clear the porch either. Heating the house took 3 hours. The bedrooms were boiling while the front room stayed comfortable. As for the kitchen....we wanted a place that we could cook our meals in, so we would save money and didn't have to face the crowds in the restaurants, as it was a holiday weekend. Well, the cookware was disgusting. Teflon pots and pans were terribly scratched and unhealthy to use. The stainless steel pots and pans were filthy! There was no baking dishes, so no cornbread with our soup! Also, drinking out of plastic "glasses" was not great. Couldn't use the game room, as it was freezing in there (converted garage) and small heater didn't put a dent in the cold air. So to say the least we will never be back. Sorry Pines and Needles.
