The Space:
Description of upstairs portion of the house: The Space: The upstairs is divided across two large bedrooms (one featuring a king bed and the other two twin beds) and two bathrooms (one with a walk in shower and the other a shower/tub combination). The home also features an updated kitchen, fully outfitted with the latest appliances and cookware, a large living room with sectional sofa (not a sleeper) and flatscreen TV, and large front and back patios. The front patio is configured as a Florida room and is air conditioned while the back patio is an open air screened patio. Both feature ample patio furniture for sitting and relaxing. Finally, the home is outfitted with a washer and dryer, internet (via mobile hotspot), air conditioning, electric, water, and sewer.
Description of downstairs portion of the house: The apartment features two bedrooms and one bath, as well as a fully equipped living room and kitchen. The bedroom configurations are as follows: Master bedroom features a king bed and guest bedroom features two twin beds. Additionally, the living room features a pullout sofa. The space also features a washer/dryer. There is no garage access for parking but guests may park in the front driveway.
***Hurricane Ian Disclosure***
On September 2022, our area was impacted by Hurricane Ian, a Category 4 storm. Our community has been significantly impacted by this historic storm, and hurricane recovery efforts are still in progress. Many beaches, restaurants and stores are already open and welcoming visitors. The good news is that the island is open, the weather is great and the situation is improving every day. Whether vacationing or working here, we ask guests to be mindful of the challenges that our community is facing and understanding of current limitations. Please note that there will be workers, trailers, and construction activity/potential noise in the surrounding area, but there will not be any construction inside of the home. Please also note that the lower floor of this home was damaged during the hurricane and that there may be work occurring on the lower level during the daytime of weekdays. The lower level of the home is not connected in any way to the upper level and the levels have separate entrances.
Disclaimer- Pool renovation occurring from approximately October 15th-November 30th. Bookings during this time may not have use of the pool and spa and may experience some noise during the day from work being performed on this area.
