This fully furnished condo has everything you need: full kitchen w/ granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, all necessary cookware and utensils, washer & dryer. SMART TV in Living Room & Master Bedroom

Dog friendly with convenient access to grass area behind the building. Note that shot records will be required to have your pet stay.

The property was built in 2006 and has all new amenities. You will have access to the pool and hot tub. An exercise room is located on 6th floor

This is the best property in all of Madeira Beach! A pedestrian crosswalk is directly in front of property, making it easy and quick access to the beach.

Wonderful condo for a family getaway.
The location is perfect for getting to the beach and John’s Pass. It was myself, my 3 daughters and my grandson. Plenty of space and even included some beach gear. Nicely decorated, everything you need and comfortable.

Location! Location! Location!
If you’re looking for a great place to stay near all that John’s Pass has to offer plus the beach then you’ve found it. We walked everywhere. There is even a delicious Mexican restaurant right next to the hotel. The condo is clean and comfortable and we would absolutely return! Loved everything about this place! the owner is super friendly and helpful and responds quickly. We had zero issues or complaints with our stay. Front desk was very friendly and helpful.

This place is all about location. The place was definitely tiny and is a bit run down, all the basic needs in the kitchen. The management of the place was great and very friendly. All in all, very good vacation.

7 week stay
We rented this for 7 weeks. Family came and joined us for 1 week and so did some great friends for different weeks. This place was perfect for 4 people. Very well supplied for cooking at home. Was great to have beach gear. Provided,towels, chairs, umbrella, ect. Perfect location for any activity you want to do. Beach right across the street. Owner was very responsive with any questions. Front desk staff was also wonderful. I have no complaints. This was a great place to rent. We will be back. Tanya

The place was comfortable, great location, but I booked it because we had our Grandchildren with us. They love the beach, but would rather swim in a pool, so we were very disappointed that the pool was being remodeled. I think they should have put that in the description, so people who want a place with a pool would know to choose another place

A bit of Paradise
Wonderful place although the pool was closed for repair. The beach right across the street, so that worked. Our room was on Gulf Blvd, 2nd floor, so it was quite noisy at times. The staff was fabulous and always there with a friendly smile and help if you nneded it. All in all a wonderful place to stay.

While we didn’t get off to a good start at check-in when we were not able to get into our unit until 6pm, the rest of the stay was great. Paul was great to work with and the condo was exactly as advertised. Our family appreciated the beach access directly across the street and easy walk to Johns Pass. We would definitely consider staying in this unit in the future.

We absolutely hand a wonderful time. The condo had everything you need fro a great stay. Paul the owner was wonderful to work with. The location is fantastic, it is in walking distance to many restaurants and shops. The beach is just across the street and has beautiful sunsets. So much to do and see in the area. Can't wait to return.

This property was true to the ad and pictures. It was a short walk to the beach and johns pass. Very clean and Paul was available for any questions or concerns. Check in was easy! Very spacious condo and plenty of room for 4 adults. I would recommend this rental to anyone!

Great Stay!
We love this complex and have stayed at different units over the years. The connected marina is perfect to dock our boat for our stay. The unit was perfect for our family of 4 and had everything we needed. We were very happy with the communication with the owner. He was very prompt in replying to any requests and extremely accommodating! All in all, a great value for the location.

Overall, Disappointed.
This VRBO was a let down. The condo was not clean when we arrived. Dust covered most surfaces, the dishes and pans had food remnants stuck on, the towels provided were not clean, and there were persistent gnats our entire stay (4 weeks). This may have been due to the unit location directly next to the trash chute. The photos expertly hid the fact that the unit is on the second floor next to a busy road. It was very loud in the master bedroom from vehicle noise and passerbys. The condo is also the unit directly off of the lobby so there was a lot of hallway noise. The unit across the hall was being renovated during our stay. We were not given a heads-up by the front desk that there would be multiple days with 4+ hours of jackhammering. This was inconvenient as we had someone who was working remotely and had to cancel multiple conference calls due to the noise. The second bedroom was very small and did not have a closet so bags had to be left on the floor. The location was great. The walk to the beach was quick and it was never crowded. Honestly, if it was clean I would have overlooked some of the negatives.
