A beautiful two bedroom apartment with big windows and hardwood floors. This newly restored and furnished upper unit is truly a comfortable place to call home. The primary bedroom boasts a larger footprint with a small couch and a separate built in dresser and lounge area.The blackout curtains close to allow an amazing night of sleep. The second bedroom is quiet and a bit darker with a dresser and queen size bed. Enjoy a cup of coffee in the sunroom or enjoy a delectable bite at Rose Park cafe. North Pine has a great restaurant scene and is less than a mile from the beach.
Although there is no washer/dryer in unit, there is a fluff and fold service available that picks up and delivers.
