Don’t Do It!

Kitchen was dirty. Pans had burnt on food. (Property Manager sent new cookware) Oven was gross. Lanai was filthy with mold. No cleaning supplies. The property had no outside lights that worked. The yard had trash and old fence panels laying around. The property Manager on 4 separate occasions said she would come and fix the issues. She never did. I got VRBO involved and did receive cleaning supplies and beach chairs and towels. This was two weeks into my month long stay. Don’t waist your money!!

A Home Away From Home

I had a wonderful vacation at this rental; the house is beautiful even though there are a few rough edges. The owners are restoring/renovating the premises, a mid century original and what is completed thus far makes it a roomy and airy place in coveted Florida in a neighborhood that is quiet and safe. It has its own beach away from busy Venice however, I hope guests will be able to use it in the future. It's close to everything, the gulf beaches are beautiful, free, and the shopping is great. I hope to return.
