This Beautiful Studio is located just three houses from the beach and just blocks from many great restaurants, shopping, bars, and live music. You will have your own private entrance to a spacious bedroom suite, queen bed and bathroom, reading area, mini fridge, coffee, and desk. On the Patio, you have full access to the table and chairs. Please note there is home construction next door to this property.
