Elegant Lakefront Parkview Bay Condo Near Pool Gorgeous State Park Views, Wi-Fi

Welcome to the Popular Parkview Bay Development at the Lake of the Ozarks... Close to everything, you're staying where you want to be for both on and off the water activities! Parkview Bay offers 3 Pools, Boat Docks, and a Lake Swimming area with a Swim Dock. You're welcome to fish from the docks and the walkway around the water.

Your family and friends will be staying in a clean, well-appointed condo featuring many fantastic amenities. The Decor' and Furnishings are all very nice! There is plenty of seating in the Open Living Area. The Kitchen is fully-equipped and the Gas Grill is awaiting your Barbeque! You'll love sitting out on the Deck that has a expansive view of the Lake and the serene state park just across the water.

The spacious Master Suite has a King-Sized Bed, Cable TV, and private bath with a tub / shower. The Second Bedroom also has cable TV and offers a comfortable Queen-Sized Bed and also a Daybed.

Boaters: Our 12x30' slips are located in the dock behind the building and available upon request. Larger slips are available. Our guests launch boats and park trailers at the State Park in Osage Beach, Marina Grand Glaize. It is about 3 miles away by land and just 2 miles away by water.

Our guests enjoy what seems to be an unlimited list of things to do from taking a Helicopter Tour to playing a round of Golf at one of the many fantastic courses the Lake area is known for! There's so much for the kids to do including Go Karting, Mini-Golf, and getting Frozen Custard at Randy's or Andy's just up the street! Be adventurous and Explore Bridal Cave, Hike one of the many State Park Trails, or go visit Ha Ha Tonka! Spend some time wandering the Shops and Restaurants along the Bagnell Dam Strip... Last, but not least, If you enjoy home décor shopping, it's a must to find Evergreen and Blair's Landing! You can even Ice-Skate at the Lake; Winter is beautiful here. There's just an abundance of things to do within a short drive Year-Round! If you can't decide on something, we are always happy to recommend our favorite restaurants both on and off the water.

A couple small extras would be perfect

This is a super nice place. The deck out back has a nice view. The pools weren't crowded. We would for sure stay again. My only suggestions would be a K cup coffee maker and some small hotel size soaps for the shower.

Relaxation at its best

Great property and property owner. Amazing firework show viewable from pool on July 3rd every year. Then best fireworks show at lake or anywhere that I have seen is at bear bottom resort only 20 minutes away!

Great place

The property was great and exactly what we needed and wanted. The only hard part we had was getting in, we had issues with the pass code. But we contacted the property manager and he got us in. Once we were in, it was great.

Ad on VBRO was incorrect and no one seemed to care.

Our condo was great! However, we search properties for a swim dock as we are lake people and I even purchased a 4 person raft so we could all be on the lake together. Imagine my total disappointment when we get there and signs are EVERYWHERE...NO SWIMMING DUE TO ELECTRICAL CURRENT IN WATER. That information on the ad would of been SO VERY HELPFUL. I felt like it was Bait and Switch. I texted our property mananger and he basically said it wasn't his issue and that we should rent a boat or go to a public beach. Hell I could of stayed in Kansas City if I wanted to go to a public beach and wow Rent a boat. Maybe everyone is rich but it was all I could do to swing the condo. Very disappointed in the ad being so wrong and the lack of empathy from condo personnel.

Great time again at Parkview Bay!

We had another great vacation at the Parkview Bay condos. We have been going several years now and we have stayed at a different condo each time. We were sad to see we couldn’t swim in the lake since they have put up no swimming signs at the swim dock. The condo was nice and clean. The master bedroom bed comforter probably needs to be cleaned. It looked dirty. The beds were not that comfortable but we always bring our own toppers to give more comfort. The bbq grill didn’t work so we didn’t get to use it. We ran out of paper towels and didn’t see any extra so we had to buy some. Needed scissors but didn’t find any. Other than that, it was a great time again!!

Adventure Weekend

Our family of three stayed at this condo for 3 days and 3 nights. Our 4 year old child no nothing about this trip, we just told her when we picked her up from school that we are going on an adventure. We visited the Bridal Cave first and checked in the condo around 4pm. Check in was easy peasy, we typed in the door code and we were welcomed in our adventure home. First room on the left was the 2nd bedroom, with 2 beds (one is smaller), it has wardrobe but no bathroom. It is a smaller room but size is perfect. A little hallway then on the right is the kitchen, adjacent is shower room. At the back is the laundry room and here is the power source box to turn on the water heater. (Read the check in check list). Dining room is adjacent to the kitchen, table of a perfect size. It is an open area, so next to the dining table are the couche, recliner chair, and TV. This area is carpeted and they are clean and comfy!!! The masters bedroom is nearby, carpeted as well, with gigantic comfortable bed. There are bathroom and wardrobe in this room. It has the view of the lake!!!!! The porch has grill, tables, and 4 chairs. We spent our meal times there, with a great view. It is also a perfect place for me reading my Bridgerton novel. Can’t beat that peaceful morning reading a love story novel set in Regency era of England whilst overlooking a pretty lake in Missouri. The trees has no leaves yet so we got a full view of the lake and boat decks. And even if the tree are in full bloom, i do not think it will alter the beauty of the area. Jason the property manager is always ready to answer my questions via text or email. He allowed my brother and his family to visit for a day. (But they lack time to visit the condo). Outdoor pools are closed and the parkview bay condo has no indoor pool. But Jolly Mon indoor water park is few minutes drive. I booked this condo after reading both positive and negative reviews about it. I always believe people who see and appreciate positive things more than those who complain with lil things. We had a great weekend adventure stay at unit 232. P.S. The carpet did not make my socks dirty, I did not feel the bed squeeky, and again the lake view is fantastic. Don’t mind the tree and the boat deck roofs, ok. You’ll still get a beautiful view of the lake.

The Lake of the Ozarks is an area we've always enjoyed vacationing. Once we were in a position to purchase a vacation home, this was our first choice! There's been so much growth at the Lake in recent years that all the comforts of home are right here - when you're 'away from it all' at the lake, everything you need is still close by which makes it that much more relaxing to take a break!
