Welcome to Crystal Tower 1906! This lovely 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo is ideally located just across the street from the sugar white sands in Gulf Shores. The beautiful living space has natural light streaming in from the private balcony. Enjoy your morning coffee on the private balcony while looking at dazzling views of the Gulf of Mexico. The comfortable living space has a sleeper sofa and large flat screen TV. The well-equipped kitchen is stocked with pots/pans/utensils to whip up a tasty seafood dish. Savor a meal at the dining table that comfortably seats four with additional seating at kitchen bar for two.
The primary bedroom features a king bed with gulf views and access to balcony. The ensuite primary bathroom has a shower/tub combo. The second bedroom features a queen bed. The second bathroom has a shower/tub combo and this unit has a washer and dryer for your convenience.
Parking notes: There is a limit of two cars. No parking of RV's, trailers or watercraft onsite.

Crystal Tower is in the heart of Gulf Shores. It is directly across the street from the white sand beaches of the Emerald Coast. Just a short drive to local favorite restaurants including Bahama Bob's, The Beli, and The Beach House Kitchen. Only 1.5 miles to the Hangout, Pink Pony, or Sea-n-Suds in downtown Gulf Shores. Plenty of shopping and entertainment in the Gulf Shores area for your stay, Waterville USA, mini golf, and Alabama Gulf Coast Zoo.
*Crystal Tower does require parking passes. The complex charges $35/parking pass and limits two vehicles per condo. This complex is extremely strict about parking. Any violation such as no pass, improperly displayed pass, incomplete pass, double parking, etc will have a wheel lock (boot) placed on it and $200 cash payment or cash app will be required for removal.
Construction East Elevation – IC Coatings is scheduled to begin construction of the East Elevation on October 23rd with an estimated completion date of December 30th. The East parking lot and a portion of the north parking lot will be closed during the construction. This will primarily affect visitor and vendor parking. Visitors will need to pick up a visitor pass that allows for 3 hour parking. There is no charge for a visitor pass. There will be some noise as construction proceeds and there will be some balcony intrusion depending on the section of the wall IC Coatings is working on. The balconies will not be blocked off but at times there may be some noise and dust due to construction.
No parking of trailers, RV's or watercraft allowed onsite.
