This modern-rustic home is the perfect Base for your Northern Colorado adventures! The Premier Centerra Parkway shopping center is less than half-a-mile away, Blue Arena (The Ranch) is one mile away, MCR (Medical Center of the Rockies) is 2 miles away and you'll be centrally located right off of the I25 and Highway 34 corridor whether you're looking to make a day trip to Estes or RMNP or if you'd like to venture 15 minutes north to Downtown Fort Collins. We encourage you walk over to The Hub in the mornings for a fresh cup of coffee and great mountain views and don't forget to go back and grab a beer or craft cocktail and enjoy the sunset from the most iconic NoCo patios around 1 of 3 fire pits. The large kitchen does come fully stocked to cook if you'd like to stay in and enjoy a nice home cooked meal.

Hello! I'm from Northern Colorado but have traveled the world and lived in various other states including Hawaii which is how I got into hosting. When I was living in Hawaii I was renting my home out for short-term guests and loved meeting new people doing so. This led me to start Staybase Properties to help provide accommodations for families, traveling professionals, and helping displaced families who may being having work done on their home or who suffered a home emergency.
Why they chose this property
I fell in love with this neighborhood when I would stop by The Hub to get a coffee or beer. The Hub has by far the best view of Northern Colorado's front range and mountain views. In addition to The Hub and the great views, this neighborhood is about as close as you can get to having the best access to everything in Northern Colorado. Right next to the The Ranch (home of the Colorado Eagles!), Medical center of the Rockies, Loveland Airport, Centerra outdoor shopping mall, Embassy Suites Convention Center, and right off Highway-34 and I-25 whether you're going to Fort Collins, Denver, or RMNP/Estes Park this home is the best place to set up Base.

Our property is unique in regards to its close proximity to everything you need for your visit to NoCo and the fact that we are 1 block away from a public space called The Hub which has remarkable views, plenty of space to entertain, and home to a great coffee shop and brewery called Mountain Cowboy.
