About this property

Luxury living - Elevator, WIFI and 10 Beach Tags, Park 4 cars

Located on the north end of the island next to a public park, you will be able enjoy the incredible views from this location, as well as having room for “little ones” to play. This home is DOUBLE the size of many rentals in Ocean City.

This luxurious unit offers parking for four cars, has an elevator, and has two junior master suites as well as a full master suite. Luxury abounds with the hardwood floors throughout and has been appointed with many nice furnishings. It is located on the 3rd and 4th Floor of the building, with our neighbors owning the first two floors. There is an elevator from our entry on the ground floor to our first floor.

There are sleeping in beds for a total of 10 people (including all children), which would include two per bed. The maximum occupancy is 10 for everyone, including children. You will be responsible for your own sheets, pillow cases and towels. Pillows are provided. For those who care to use it, there is a bed linen and towel rental company listed in our amenities, under towels & linens.

There is plenty of room for your guests and great space to entertain. The main porch is almost a private oasis with the park and trees from next door and there is a bar area that is adjacent to the spacious kitchen. There are FIVE MORE decks/porches on the two floors -- many of which are either wooded views or private.

Each bedroom has access to a deck – most of which are private to that bedroom only. There are tv’s in each bedroom and wireless internet access throughout. One bedroom functions as a spacious office, if you don’t need all the bedrooms.

The kitchen features stainless steel appliances and offers enough room for several cooks or bartenders all at the same time. Granite counter tops add to the beauty of the kitchen area.

We include 10 beach tags for your enjoyment during your stay with us.

We hope that you will be our guests at this very special and unique home! We really hope that lasting memories are created here and that you will be coming back year after year.

We rent by the WEEK only, Saturday at 2 pm to Saturday 10 am. No daily rentals or additional days can be added, just weeks.

There is NO SMOKING anywhere on the premises.

This home is not rented for High School or College Senior Weeks. Pets are not permitted in or on the premises, NO exceptions. NONE.

Wonderful accommodations

This truly is luxury living. There was plenty of privacy as well as lots of space for gathering, enjoying meals together, and hanging out. Loved all the porches! They also covered all the necessities in the kitchen with cookware, serveware and appliances, a nice laundry room, great AC and lots of ceiling fans. We really enjoyed our time there.

Our experience was amazing from start to finish. The owner was very responsive and accommodating and the home had all the space and amenities we were looking for. Many more supplies were provided than other rentals in the area. They even had a high chair for the baby!

We had a great time at this location! It was centrally located just a short walk to several restaurants and the beach. It is a very unique house for a beach property with tons of space and is very well cared for. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a place to stay in Ocean City, NJ. Beautiful property, Excellent location.

Our family of 10 had a wonderful time renting this property. The house was clean and orderly with an abundance of space. We never felt crowded or on-top of each other. The house had every pot/pan/utensil that we could need for meals, and Rick had instructions for nearly everything helpfully printed throughout the home. There were even some blocks and children’s books in the home, which the kids loved. The property was in a perfect location; we were so close to everything that we barely used our cars. We cannot speak more highly of Rick and Judy’s property and hope to rent it again someday.

Beautiful home in a great location on the North end of OC close to the shops on Asbury , boardwalk and beach The home is well appointed , very comfortable and nice for families that want space . It’s great to not have to worry about parking with the garage and driveway spaces . Rick was a wonderful host and everything was labeled with directions for use . Beautiful Home in Ocean City

Rick's property was beautiful and elegant, and not a typical beach house. However, it did have all the amenities such as an outdoor shower and hose. The house is spacious with 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, and a well-appointed kitchen. As with most shore rentals, sheets and towels are not supplied, and that was clearly stated. Coming from CA, it is a bit different than we would have expected, but the norm for shore houses. You must also supply your own hair dryer, as they are not provided,. That is also typical, as I was told. It was a 10-15 minutes walk to the beach, and there is a Bennie's and many other restaurants nearby, All in all, a very beautiful, comfortable house with many outdoor decks/porches. Thanks Rick & Judy!

Classic & Memorable Ocean City Experience

Spent three fabulous weeks at Rick’s property. Generations of family and friends reunited and reconnected at our favorite family resort. Rick’s home was spacious, clean and comfortable with ample space for everyone. It was the perfect gathering spot for dinners and small celebrations. The decks throughout the house are amazing additional spaces. Both Rick and neighbor, Maryellen were responsive and extremely accommodating. It felt like Maryellen was my own neighbor. The house location is great…close to everything, but away from commercial noise and crowds. The neighborhood felt more residential than other OC areas which I prefer as we spent many years in the Gardens. The private parking was a big plus, as we had visitors who could park without problem and the garage housed my father’s vintage convertible during our stay. Everyone was very comfortable in this home away from home. We look forward to coming back next year.

Family trip

With extended family visiting from out of state, this was the perfect spot for our Jersey Shore vacation. The property is both spacious and immaculately maintained with an obvious pride of ownership. You can walk to the beach, coffee shops, restaurants and town - and you are less than half an hour from Atlantic City. There are 4 full baths - never any argument regarding occupancy! Highly recommended.

Relaxing Week in OC

Had 9 family members who, miraculously arranged their schedules to have the same week off. House was beautiful. Although we had little use for the elevator, would be indispensable for elderly grandparents or disabled family. Convenient to everything - we love farmer's markets. There's one within a block on Wednesdays. Beach/boardwalk is an easy walk. Enjoyed our stay. Would certainly book again.

425 Wesley Vacation Rental

The property was comfortable but the elevator had some issues that made me feel hesitant to use it. Most significantly, I took offense at the Inventory Listing of every item in the property, including small plastic spoons/cups and every dish and towel, and the frequent threats posted throughout the unit that we would be charged for any missing or damaged items. I felt as if I was being targeted as a potential thief and I resent that. I don't feel any additional comments will be helpful but it's unlikely that we would return to this property.

Excellent rental house for a large family!

This home is large, lovely and well located for a family! Teens can walk to the beach or boardwalk on their own without crossing the busiest streets. There are numerous porches to accommodate quiet reading and time apart. Parking for 4 vehicles (garage and driveway) is a big plus! It was easy to rent linens and beach equipment, and there's an outdoor cupboard filled with sand toys for the little ones. Kitchen was well stocked with equipment (although I would have appreciated knowing in advance that I needed to bring salt and pepper, a sponge, and windex to clean the big glass table). The elevator was very much appreciated for hauling luggage and supplies up to the 3rd floor living area. Furniture was comfortable, and there are plenty of bathrooms. The laundry was very handy! My only other suggestion is to add some sliders to the bottoms of the porch furniture feet. We tried hard to heed the instruction to not drag the furniture across the porch floors because they had recently been painted, but this is virtually impossible to get 10 and 12 year olds to remember - and the chairs were substantial and heavy. All in all this was a great place and we all highly recommend it!!!

The home is so unique. Located right next to a park, many of the decks face the trees, birds and wonderful views. This view won't be the side of another building!

We are close to the downtown shopping, but also 2 blocks from the beach. There is room for everyone to spread out in this large home. Over 4,000 sf of living space and almost every bedroom has its own private deck for privacy.

What makes this property unique

As soon as you enter this vacation home, you will fall in love with this home. The space is wonderful and the furnishings are very upscale. We are continuing to update and maintain the home so that it can be enjoyed year after year for our vacationers.
