Located just minutes from the beach, our beautiful vacation home has everything you're looking for! This home is newly painted and furnished, with new ROKU tv's provided, including the loft area.

Enjoy a short walk to the beach, or rent some bikes to travel to the best beaches in Hilton Head. You could also use the easily accessible Sea Pines bike paths to get you to South Beach Marina or Harbour Town without ever needing a car. The house is also convenient to all of Sea Pines' wonderful golf courses and the Hilton Head Island Tennis Resort.

The comfortable bedrooms include 3 ensuite bedrooms, plus a full bedroom with a sink, and access to the hall bath. The upstairs loft has 4 beds, making 5 bedrooms! Each bedroom and loft area includes new smart TVs.

- 1 queen bedroom with private access to the deck - sink in room

The fully stocked kitchen is sure to impress, with everything you'll need to share a meal together. The dining table seats 10, as well as 4 additional stools in the eat-in kitchen. A gas grill is also provided on the deck. After your meal, there is ample seating in the vaulted living room, or find additional seating poolside. The private backyard includes a large pool with a waterfall and fountains that will easily entertain your whole group! An outdoor shower is just around the corner from the pool, ideal for rinsing off after the beach.

Pool can be heated for a fee of $400 per week.

This vacation home also includes a full size washer and dryer. Beach towels are NOT included. The accessible garage has an extra full size refrigerator and freezer for storing additional food and drinks.

The beach is a 10 minute walk or a 3 minute bike ride - closest access is the paved path between Snowy Egret Rd and Surf Scoter Rd. You can also bike or walk to golf courses, South Beach Marina (Salty Dog Cafe), Harbour Town, Lawton Stables, and the Sea Pines Nature Preserve.

Spring Break

Great place

This place worked perfect for our family and friends. The sleeping arrangements are perfect for a group with all the bathrooms. The loft was great for the kids. Fairly close to beach. We enjoyed the pool and deck on days we didn’t go to beach.

Family vacation

Family vacation, including 8 adults and 4 children. We thoroughly enjoyed the pool being right in the backyard. Had inflatables and pool toys as well. Beach chairs and wagon were available when we went to the beach, which was a short drive away, and also enjoyed by all. Also had bikes available, which were utilized by the adult children to explore Sea Pines each morning. Had plenty of space/beds/bathrooms to accommodate everyone. Had a few questions for the owner prior to our arrival, and she was always prompt/quick to respond. A wonderful home, setting, and location.

Beautiful place

We loved our 1st trip to Hilton Head! The house was beautiful & the backyard was awesome! We all enjoyed the pool & time outside! Matt was easy to communicate with and whenever I had a question he got back to me immediately! We would definitely come back here!

Could not have been better!

Our extended family stayed for a week (7 adults and 2 babies) and the property was perfect! Matt and Katie were the best hosts, incredibly informative and quick to respond to our questions. The house was a short walk/bike to the beach and central to everything we needed. The pool was perfect and much needed in the july heat. We would absolutely stay here again!

Beach Week

We had a great time. Property was clean and well appointed. Plenty of room for everyone. Communication was excellent. My only suggestion would be for beach chairs to be available and more plastic drinkware for use by the pool. Thanks so much. Would stay here again.

Great property for families

House was as described. Kids loved having the pool there. My only suggestion is when going to the beach make sure you have some type of wagon, wether its pulled by hand or attached to a bike. It would have made going to the beach easier. The beach there was super nice, quiet, not crowded, very family friendly.

Wonderful and comfortable place for a great family vacation!

Traveling with three young kids, this home was perfect for us for many reasons. The heated pool was a hit with everyone. Proximity to the beach was also close by bike or short drive to beach club. 15 min bike ride to Harbourtown, South Beach Marina or Lawton stables animal farm. The home's layout and updated style was comfortable and casual with lots of seating everywhere. We would definitely stay here again!

Great stay with private pool!

We had a great time at this Hilton Head property. The house was spacious with a really nice common eating/living area. My kids loved the loft (although the steps are a little treacherous .. so prob best for people age 8-14 only!). All of the rooms had comfy beds and plenty of space. We LOVED the private pool and used it often. Tons of floats and noodles and stuff provided. There were a lot of beach related things too - wagon, boogie boards and chairs. It wasn't too bad of a walk to the beach, we did it with a pair of 3 year olds every day. Most of it is through a nice, shaded pathway and took us less than 10 minutes. Biking there is also very easy. It's a great location for biking also. We went all over - Harbor Town, South Beach, Stables, and even to Coligney. Daryn was a great host and very responsive. Would recommend this house for your trip!

Family vacation at Sea Pines

The property was perfect for our extended family. The children loved the loft area and had a bathroom they could use close to the main living area. We used the large deck for most of our meals. The huge inside table was great area to play card games at night. The location was great and it was easy to get to the beach, South Beach and fishing by biking. Overall it was a very enjoyable stay. Matt, the owner, took care of a heating issue with the pool very quickly after my daughter informed him of the problem.

Lovely Sea Pines house with pool.

We recently stayed at this property with our adult (21 years old) kids and my parents. The house was great! Four bedrooms meant everyone had their own space, and the loft was a nice addition for my brother who came and stayed for a few days. Location is great, right in the middle of Sea Pines, quick bike ride to the beach and also to harbour town and south beach marina. The house had everything you could need and the pool, with waterfall was perfect. It was a chilly week for May so we heated the pool and enjoyed it into the evening. The hosts were very responsive and easy to get a hold of. We thouroughly enjoyed our experience here.

Wonderful home, wonderful location, wonderful owner

Just returned from our week at this wonderful home. From first contact with Peggy about renting the property, to our arrival and stay the entire experience was wonderful. The single floor house is very spacious and the private bathrooms is a huge plus. We had 10 adults and never felt cramped or crowded. The single floor was perfect for those that could not handle stairs. Our teenage daughter loved the loft! Easily the best part of the home is the pool. Wow! It is a gorgeous pool that is larger than we thought it would be. Another added plus is the bikes. You can explore the entire island by bike and I highly recommend it. Don't hesitate to rent this house, you will have a very pleasant vacation

less than optimal

quite a distance to the beach. had dogs and cant ride bike to the beach with them and the walk while 15 minutes was not a killer, the location is not really on the beach at all. thus paying premium prices for the beach is not a good deal. the house had lots of bedrooms but i was looking for a nice place for the money and not just high number of beds per house to cram people into. the only thing i repeatedly asked for was for the pool to be heated and it was not. the amenities were bottom of the line. appliances were the cheapest. only half of the toaster worked, regrigerator, ice dispenser doesnt work. dishwasher loose and not fixed. no filters for the coffee maker so you have to make a trip. we did and left a couple of hundred behind. no spoons except 4 and the silverware was cheaper than stolen dinner silverware. 13 tongs left over from other renters and this place has been rented a lot so it has tons of left over tupperware and such. would have been nice to just have one set of working silverware such as knives that cut and throw out the rest of the cheap stuff. and there is a lot of cheap stuff in that house. couches were cloth and filthy. rugs never washed or cleaned. they ask you spray the bikes down with WD40 but none available except for three empty cans. no extra trash bags except for 1 per bin. pool is very small and really cant swim there anyways as it is a haven for mosquitoes. The TLC was lacking and the kitchen lights were outdoor LED lights which are bright white and very noticeable. Not coming back.

Relaxing week on Hilton Head

Great house, pet friendly and shade just a short walk or bike ride to the beach. Listing was accurate and had all the amenities that we expected. Heated pool was an added bonus for cooler days and was especially enjoyed.

Wonderful private home & pool!

We had a great stay at this property. The backyard outdoor space is amazing- lots of room for everyone to sit and enjoy the outdoors. We loved the pool and used it 24/7. It was well worth paying for pool heat as it was so enjoyable in the cooler temps. We had plenty of space to spread out and our kids loved the loft area. We will definitely be back! The beds were comfortable and the bikes that the house has (while older) functioned just fine! The beach was a quick ride away so that was never an issue. Thank you for a wonderful week at your home!!!!

Lovely home and great location

We loved our stay at this nice home. The main room is bright and open as shown in the pictures. The bedrooms are spacious and all but one has an attached bathroom, all updated. We really enjoyed the pool which is very nice and has a secluded feel as the backyard has a perimeter of nice landscaping. Matt could not have been more responsive to our pre-check in questions and helping us navigate an early check out due to the threat of hurricane Ian. We will definitely return to this property.

Vrbo stated beach access 7 minutes by bike and its not...I thought we could walk to beach as was stated on site which showed a path....not true...I rent beach houses every year...was not happy with the deceptive advertising...

We fell in love with Sea Pines our very first trip years ago, and knew someday we would find a way to spend more time here. It has the best beaches, bike paths, and proximity to everything. You cannot beat a family vacation here!

What makes this property unique

We love this location within Sea Pines so much! It has such quick access to the beach, but is also so easy to get to Salty Dog for after dinner ice cream, and Harbour Town for shopping.
