One of the best places I’ve stayed in a very long time

Newly renovated. Nice little touches like a coffee pot, cream, sugar, cups. Spotless and very quiet. Property owner is very responsive and treats you like an old friend. Oh yeah, mattress is like sleeping on a cloud

New, Clean, Comfortable, Convenient-Will Stay Again

They are doing a great job renovating all the rooms here. Ours was clean, comfortable and pleasant. Location is close to downtown restaurants, movie theater and stores. If it hadn't been raining we would have enjoyed a campfire in the firepit. The screened in pavilion is a very nice "gathering" space. We will stay again when we are back in the area and invite some friends to join us.

Problem with getting into room

The door code would not work when returning at midnite & no one there to help. A friend came and called to get help and was given 4 different codes to get in. VERY FRUSTRATING - my personal effects were inside & I was about to go find another place to spend the night because I could NOT enter the room. No other people around to help me get into room. Disappointing experience as I grew up in the area and had looked forward to staying at Will-O-Paw. Not a good experience for my first VRBO room.

Subpar Water System, Pilling Towels, Cleaning Smell

This was a really disappointing stay and we ultimately chose to not stay overnight because of the conditions of the space. When we first arrived at Unit 4, the toilet still had yellow bowl water. I tried to turn on the shower, and the "Cold" handle fell off. I tried to turn the "hot" handle, and barely any water came out, and it was cold. We used the toilet and it would not fully flush. I asked a person working onsite to see if we could use another room. After 10 minutes, he let us look at the other units. Both units, 5 and 6, smelled like cleaning supplies. We needed to take a shower in order to get ready for a wedding happening in 30 minutes, so we went for unit 5. The shower took 5 minutes for hot water to flow. The water smelled metallic. We used the provided gray towels and the fabric pilled on our skin. There were little gray bits on the parts of our bodies that the towel touched. I asked for the code for the new unit and three different pins were sent. We asked for a refund and none was issued. I gave it two stars because you could sleep here if you really needed to, it would just be exceedingly uncomfortable with the smell and the state of the water system.
