•Dogs are welcome (1 set of dog bowls provided). Maximum of 2 dogs. Owners are responsible for the dog's behavior and will be assessed for any damages. All pets must be kept on a leash when outside the house.
•Maximum overnight occupancy is 4 people. Violators will be immediately evicted from the property with no refunds.
• NO SMOKING in unit/house as well as the balcony. Any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $200.00 fine plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors from the unit/house and/or linens.
• Quiet hours are observed from 9 pm-8 am. Violators will be charged a $200 fine. This property may use NoiseWare technology to ensure the comfort and security of the guest. Tampering with the device is strictly prohibited and will result in a $200 fine.
• Noise disturbances will not be tolerated and will result in you vacating the premises. All guests must comply with Union County noise ordinance sent to them in advance and posted in the home.
• Please note: neither Nourish Vacation Homes nor the property owner are responsible for any accidents, injuries, as well as stolen or damaged items that occur while on the premises, its facilities or parking lots.
•Guests will secure the premises by locking all doors and windows when not on property
• Traveler must be at least 21 years of age to make a reservation.
• State Identification Card or Driver License copy must be provided when requested upon booking.
• Please respect COVID-19 social distancing.
• Because this home is on a septic system, flushing anything anything other than the provided toilet paper will result in a $200 fine; this includes wipes labeled as flushable.
• NO PARTIES OR GATHERINGS. There is a $500 fine if you violate this policy.

• Community pool and hot tub are open seasonally and weather dependent, from May - October. Hot tub is heated on Friday and Saturday nights from 4-6pm
