About the host

Host profile image
I have lived all over the Southeast and love the mild climate winters, seasonal changes, and long days of Summer here in Alabama best. I love to hike and kayak, see wildlife, and enjoy the landscape of these rolling hills. I decided to make my home here so I could have the best of nature, peace and quiet, and lots of opportunities to enjoy the outdoors. Being a host, I can share this little corner of the world with others.

Why they chose this property

This is a forest of mature trees and fairly easy to walk terrain. I love seeing all the tiny forest plants, the streams and just enjoying the sounds of the song birds. It is peaceful and relaxing here.

What makes this property unique

There are 2 streams that border the property, a gorgeous lay of the rolling land with huge trees and open spaces for some sun too. Far enough off the road to be secluded, yet with easy access in all seasons. Mostly shaded areas in this property offer so relief on really hot summer days.
