Hop on the golf cart to explore the nature trails, rec centers, pools and pickleball courts right at your fingertips. There are multiple squares nearby to take advantage of restaurants, shopping and nightly live music! There will be no regrets at the Blue Bayou.

The Subdivision is an adult community designed to provide housing for persons fifty-five (55) years of age or older. All homes that are occupied must be occupied by at least one person who is at least fiftyfive (55) years of age. No person under nineteen (19) years of age may be a permanent resident of a Home, except that persons below the age of nineteen ( 19) years may be permitted to visit and temporarily reside for periods not exceeding thirty (30) days in total in any calendar year period.


The 3rd Bedroom has a pull out chair - similar to a sofa bed. It is smaller than a single bed and may not accommodate all adults but can be considered a place to sleep a 5th person.

Golf Cart Fee is $50 at the time of booking.

The Golf Cart is a bonus/privilege and requires a Hold Harmless form to drive. if selected. If you choose to use the golf cart, you will need to date and fill in your home address on the front page and sign the back page of the Hold Harmless Agreement. You will find the Hold Harmless Agreement inside the booklet when you arrive at the property. We cannot guarantee usage in the event of a mechanical or tire issue while we await vendor repairs.
