Aggregating 15, 000 m² our space has a main house consisting of 4 bedrooms - one of them a suite -, large living room, bathroom and kitchen; Annex with 2 bedrooms, bathroom and living room; annex with large bedroom and bathroom; games room with pool, geek, clog ball and ping pong; 50 m² pool (we have water volleyball net); football field; and a magnificent space with barbecue, kitchen and bathroom.
The property has several fruit trees at your disposal. There you can directly remove fruits such as cashew, lemon, mango, jamela, guava and banana. Not to mention the coconut trees ...
Sítio do Leão is a 10-minute drive to Jaconé beach; 20 minutes to Saquarema beach, known for its waves; and 5 minutes to the center of Sampaio Correia. Near the site there are two waterfalls, one of which you can reach on foot.

Sítio maravilhoso, onde estivemos com 44 hóspedes durante 09 dias. As descrições são exatamente como está no site. Os responsáveis ( Sr. Marcos e Sra. Regina) por recebermos são hiperatenciosos. O proprietário é muito correto e seguro em seu posicionamento e cumpri exatamente o que foi acordado na contratação do referido imóvel.

Foi tudo ótimo, casa boa, bons quartos. Tudo direitinho, apenas a descrição dos quartos aqui no site que estão diferentes do que está lá, e demos o azar da tv não estar funcionando. Porém tirando esses dois probleminhas é o fato de não haverem copos, foi tudo ótimo!

Local grande, arborizado, limpo e muito bem cuidado. Passamos o carnaval lá, excelente pra quem quer ter tranquilidade e ao mesmo tempo lazer e descontração com amigos e familiares.
