About this property

KINGSTON Beachfront Bungalow. 2 blocks to shops & Seattle Ferry--NO CLEANING FEE

Kingston Beachfront Bungalow sleeps 2 to 6. Romantic Getaway. Family Retreat. Personal Solace or Active Vacation.

Pet-free, smoke-free. (No exceptions)

If you need a bigger place or if you need 2 homes, we also own the neighboring 5 bedroom home rented under Kingston Beachfront VRBO #364436.

Come to the Beach at Kingston in Kitsap Peninsula. This beachfront bungalow is AMAZING! With 2 bedrooms including one with a king bed and one with 1 double bed + 2 twins, and bonus queen sleeper sofa.

This home is great for your family or small gathering of friends. It is located right on the beach. The home, on close to a quarter of an acre of land, is 50 feet from the sand, with 50 feet of no bank waterfront on privately owned Apple Tree Cove saltwater, also known as Kingston Cove.

This place is soooo beautiful. You will never want to leave. When the tide goes out, you can explore the tidelands barefoot---there is sand here everywhere versus rocks or sharp oyster shells. When the tide comes in, the waters are warm for swimming. Fishing is great! Seasonally, crab pots can be set out for a yummy dinner. You can paddle board or kayak or canoe or sail. Hiking at nearby trails. Bring your boat and waterski or sail. Mountain biking trails are everywhere in nearby Port Gamble. Shopping is great in quaint Poulsbo, Port Gamble, Silverdale, Bainbridge, Port Townsend. Short ferry to Edmonds or Seattle for top notch restaurants and lots of shopping--- and you can walk two blocks to catch the ferry at the Kingston Marina.

Enjoy cute town of Kingston. Walk to town and enjoy crepes and THE BEST coffee. Eat at the GRUB HUT for the best food anywhere in Kitsap.

Call Olympic Outdoor for PaddleBoarding or Kayaking Rentals, they even deliver with advance reservations.

Quilting shops, antique shops, skateboard park, neighborhood park with tennis courts, grocery shop and local hardware/everything store are all within a few minutes walk.
If you choose to walk on the ferry from Seattle or the WA State Ferry from Edmonds, you can leave your car behind and walk a few minutes down the sidewalk from the ferry to our home. You can take your car on the ferry from Edmonds directly to Kingston or you can take your car on the ferry from Seattle to Bainbridge and drive about 20 minutes to reach our home.
If you dont want to take the Ferry, you can drive 75 miles to our home from Seatac by taking the Tacoma Narrows bridge and heading through Bremerton, Silverdale, and Poulsbo. The home is 25 miles from Bremerton and 10 miles from Poulsbo. The Hood Canal Bridge is 10 miles away and a beautiful drive---the longest floating bridge in the world---the gateway to the Olympic Peninsula, Olympic National Park with Hoh Rain Forest and Sol Duc Hotsprings nearby.
This vacation home is comfortably furnished and includes all linens, kitchen essentials, beach towels, everything you need except groceries. Grocery Outlet and Safeway grocery stores are right in town. Trader Joes and Cost Co are a short drive away.
White Horse Golf Course is less than 3 miles away. Clearwater Casino is less than 9 miles away. Both offer entertainment including dancing, comedy, shows. You can take the ferry back and forth to Edmonds for dinner or antique shopping OR take the FAST ferry from Kingston to Seattle for all kinds of attractions. If you love nature, take a stroll thru Bloedel Reserve and Heronswood Gardens--both are just a 10 to 20 minute drive.

Bungalow with a view
My friends and I got this house and the big one next door and it was absolutely perfect! The extra space was so good to have and the kayaks made our stay so much more special. The tide exploration is AMAZING.

Perfect getaway
My sister and her family stayed here on their first visit to the PNW. The twilight hour outside was magic- pink hues and perfect views of the moon over the water. Our family also rented the house next door, which provided privacy, but easy access to join together across the fence. Thanks for providing a comfortable and beautiful space to showcase a special area of the world.

Great family place!
We stayed at this property for a family vacation. It was perfect! The house was clean. It is a smaller house, but was perfect for our family of 4. The beds were VERY comfortable. There were plenty of quality warm blankets (which was nice for me being a cold sleeper). The water pressure in the shower was strong. The house sits next to the water and our boys had a lot of fun gathering rocks, shells, sticks, and seaweed. The location is perfect-walking distance to the ferry and restaurants. We had a wonderful time and would consider bringing friends and renting the house next door which is owned by the same person. She was easy to get a hold of and was able to provide suggestions for things not to miss in the town.

Kingston Bungalow
Great house. Amazing location. You can walk downtown, to the ferry, to restaurants, etc. The backyard blends into the beach. Our kids had a blast hunting for seashells and playing in the water. The owners are amazing. Right there to help with anything you need or any questions you have. We hope to stay there every time we go to Kingston.
