Petit Jean Mountain Bluff Point Cottage - On the cliff's edge!!!

This high-end resort style home is located on a secluded residential drive of the south brow on Petit Jean Mtn. Immaculately landscaped grounds with private hot tub and stone fire pit on the edge of the brow has 180 degree mountain, river and valley views. This beautifully scenic home has a large "one-of-a-kind" covered outdoor living area with TV, fireplace, and grill that is fully furnished and perfect for entertainment and dining. The breathtaking scenery from this home is unmatched by anything on Petit Jean Mountain. If you would like to send a booking request please include a little about yourself and the guests who will be coming to stay with us. *** PLEASE NOTE *** When sending your booking request, you must submit a paragraph with the names and ages of each person that will be on the property - Please remember that no children are permitted on this property. This is a luxury vacation home with FOUR (4) person limit per stay. A maximum of FOUR (4) people are permitted on the property at one time. Each guest must be 30 years of age or older to be on the property. Copies of driver's license for each guest must be provided before booking will be approved. Our home is intended to be similar to a "Sandals" adults only resort. We do not allow partying or events of any kind. This beautiful vacation getaway is perfect for anniversaries, honeymoons, or just a peaceful break from daily life!!

One of a kind experience!

We've stayed at a lot of places over the span of decades but this experience rates up there with one of the very best! Can't say enough great things about the amazing property and view. Absolutely best in class! Our hosts were two of the nicest and most caring we've ever met. The view from the back of the property is amazing from the sunrises to the hawks flying at eye level as you sit in the hot tub and lament that eventually you will have to leave such a beautiful and serene experience. Will be back early and often!!!!! Thanks so much to our hosts again!

Best place we've stayed!

We had a wonderful experience at this house. It is exactly as the photos show. Beautiful house with gorgeous views. The hosts were very friendly and responsive. They gave us good advice to do a wal-mart pick up prior to driving up to the house. We enjoyed the hot tub, smores at the fire pit and burgers on the grill. The only downside is that there are no built in closets, but there are rods in each room to hang your clothes. This is the best VRBO we've experienced!

The Best View!

This was the perfect place for our family to stay in Petit Jean. The house is beautiful and the view is breathtaking! The hosts are wonderful. They supplied more than we needed. They were the perfect balance of attentive and privacy-giving. I highly recommend this place and intend to stay there again

Wonderful getaway

Fonda’s property was absolutely AMAZING. Anything one could need for the weekend was available.She was so quick to respond to messages and so accommodating. It was a truly beautiful location and we will definitely book with Fonda again.

Beautiful and Peaceful!!!

Would give more than 5 stars if we could. This home is the best place we've ever stayed, from the property to the hosts. Their hospitality and attention to detail really makes this a luxury home getaway. Hated to leave and look forward to getting to come back and stay longer.

Wonderful views inside and out

We had a great stay at the Bluff Point Cottage. The home was tasteful and comfortably appointed, with a deck and outdoor area to die for. Fonda was a great host and thought of all the necessities for a great visit. Will stay again, with pleasure.

Simply the Best!

We have rented both nationally amd internationally, but Petit Mountain Bluff Point Cottage is hands-down the best place we have stayed. The pictures do not do it justice. It was well appointed, great layout, modern yet cozy. But it was the personal touches by Fonda and Brandon that really set it apart...from treats for the service dog we had with us to covering the firewood during a rainstorm. They were helpful, thoughtful, yet it felt like this was our own house. We used Petit Mountain Bluff Point Cottage as our homebase to explore the area. We often cut our excursions short so that we could come "home" to watch the sunset, enjoy the outdoor living space, have a fire, and watch the stars from the hot tub. Even the 16-year old agreed that Petit Mountain Bluff Point Cottage was the best part of the trip. You will definitely be glad you rented from Fonda and Brandon. We would love to come back again.

Amazing Location and Hospitality

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The home is on an amazing piece of property with stunning views and the hospitality that we received was beyond what anyone would expect. The home was CLEAN and had those little touches that added to our stay. It was just what we needed to not only relax but enjoy the nearby Petit Jean State Park. I would recommend this to anyone and everyone! We would love, love, love to stay again soon!

Romantic Getaway

My wife and I came here for a romantic getaway for the weekend and everything was perfect! The host met us at the cabin and showed us everything. The house was gorgeous and so comfortable. They went above and beyond with having everything we needed for our stay. We will definitely be back!

I cannot say enough positive comments about our stay! Fonda was very responsive and helpful. She genuinely cares that you have all you need and that you have a relaxing, enjoyable time. She is the BEST host that I have encountered. The property was spotless when we arrived and pictures don’t do it justice. It is a beautiful house in a serene location. The living area is open and inviting when you first walk in and the view is breathtaking! The windows along the back of the house face the valley and mountains. It makes you feel so peaceful! This house is a must if you are traveling to Petit Jean. You cannot beat the location! 10/10 recommend!

Amazing Trip

The pictures do not do this property justice. The views were great, the house was so well designed and all of the amenities made for a great trip. We really enjoyed the hot tub, fire pit and heater on the back balcony. The property owners were so friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay here again.

Mountain Top Heaven

Wow! Over the past years we have stayed in about all the Mountain top bluff properties on Petit Jean. THIS property is absolutely the best one of all of them, by spades. It appears brand new and looks and feels like a luxury resort. What a really fun place to stay and with views that are incredible. The pictures online do not do it justice. It's even prettier in person. Fonda and Brandon, the hosts, are the best. In our opinion, this property is the best on the mountain. We would give it 10 out of 10 stars if we could. Thank you for letting us stay in this beautiful and enjoyable home - we will be coming back for sure! :)

Very peaceful and relaxing

This cabin is such a great place for all age groups. We had the best time with ages ranging from 6 months old to 67. We came for a nice relaxing getaway close to home and this was perfect. The next day we invited family up for a little birthday celebration. Everyone raved about everything. The view was a crowd favorite. The cabin owners thought about every detail. We highly recommend and we will return!

As great as this home looks, it's even better than you imagine! Relax, hike, and have fun.

This property overlooking the valley is outside of Petit Jean State Park looks amazing in the photos but is actually (if you can believe it) even better than it looks! The home is a remodeled cabin with every modern amenity and luxury you can want for your vacation. The home is immaculately clean, well decorated, and you fell like you are home with family the minute you step on to the front porch and see the well designed front area. The kitchen has everything you could possibly need overlooking the large dining and living area with windows overlooking the back deck, hot tub, fire pit, sitting area and the beautiful valley. The two main bedrooms are spacious with windows or a door out to the large deck. The third bedroom is smaller with enough room for bunkbeds with a trundle for teenagers. The living space and dining room is beautiful with large floor to ceiling windows to see the valley, tv and electric fireplace. Outside is one of the most beautiful covered deck areas with an electric fireplace, couches, chairs, lights, ceiling fans, and another dining table to seat your entire family. There is also a great hot tub and fire pit with a great view out the back off the deck. The home is a 4 minute drive from the Petit Jean visitors Center and the park.The owners are the nicest local people you will ever meet and they will make sure your stay will be memorable for your family and friends. This home is too special to stay at just once!
