Renovated all one floor spacious 2 bedroom/1 bathroom home. Sleeps 4 with a queen size bed and two twin beds. Kitchen fully equipped with kitchen island that seats 4 and dining table that seats 6. Includes a gas stove with oven, dishwasher, refrigerator and microwave. Coffee pot can brew a pot or cup using your choice of ground coffees or Keurig pods Utensils, dinnerware, pots and pans are provided. You can have your coffee by the koi pond while enjoying the scenic back yard
It is a 5 minute or less drive to downtown Durham, Durham performing arts center, Durham Bulls ball park, Duke University and Sarah P Duke Gardens as well as Duke Hospital and the VA Hospital.
UNC Chapel Hill and Kenna Stadium home of the North Carolina Tar Heels and Dean E Smith sports center is a 15 minute drive.
Multiple historic sites including the American Tobacco Campus, Stagville, Duke Homestead and Bennett Place are within a 15-20 minute drive
