The kitchen is fully equipped and has updated cabinets and quartz countertops. There are 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. There are tv's in each bedroom. Cypress Island has a beautiful pool and hot tub or take the water shuttle to Pelican Landing's private island where chairs and umbrellas are already set up for you. Pelican Landing also offers a fitness center, tennis, pickle ball, kayaking and sailing. Book your winter getaway with us and be well taken care of during your stay!
Non-Smoking, No Pets, 30 day minimum rental. Pelican Landing requires $250 in application fees and a background check. Money will be refunded if application is not approved. These fees are not included in nightly price. January through April rent as one lease.
