Renovated Condo Sleeps 8

Relax at the beach in our newly renovated home away from home. Our condo has everything you need. Three bedrooms, three bathrooms and a large living room. TVs in every room and a fully stocked kitchen.
There is a cooler and beach toys for your convenience.
Linens and towels are included. All the beds will be made when you arrive. The NEW kitchen is fully stocked from a Keurig coffee maker to a crock pot, air fryer, and blender. There is plenty of room for the whole family. The Master bedroom has a king-sized bed and a whirlpool tub. BR 2 has a queen sized bed with a private bath. BR 3 has two double beds with a full bath. Every room has a smart TV . There is wireless internet. The washer/dryer is conveniently located in the closet. Enjoy the view of the ocean from the deck and dining room .
PARKING FOR 2 CARS, NO MOTORCYCLES OR TRAILERS. STRICTLY ENFORCED.
Sorry, no college or high school groups. The building has an 'Owners only' pets and motorcycles policy.

Ok, but wouldn't stay again

The location is great. View from unit is fabulous. Kitchen was nice- plenty of flatware, pots, etc. We were concerned when the dishwasher had water in the bottom when we arrived. I suspected that the cleaner emptied it before it was finished to save time. Sure enough, later in the week I pulled a platter out of the cabinet that had several hairs on it. Beach pack and play and a regular one was appreciated. The beds are all uncomfortable. Too soft or very squeaky. This really made my stay difficult, as I didn't get much sleep. There's lots of stuff, everywhere. We had to store our luggage in the car. There are basically two kinds of rentals: the kind that is set up as a rental with minimal personalization and the kind where you feel you're just staying in someone's house for a week. This one is the latter. Most of the reviews are great. This was just not a good fit for us.

We had a wonderful trip. Scott was very responsive and easy to work with. The condo was clean and comfortable. The location was great. Close to the water, beach area was big, clean and nice. The condo has everything you will need in the kitchen if you want to stay in and cook. The beds were a little uncomfortable, but not terrible. We are definitely going to return here! Thanks Scott for your help with the extra parking pass and for making everything so easy and enjoyable!

Great Second Stay

We had a great time on our second annual family trip to Cherry Grove. The condo was clean and check in was easy. We had some trouble with the door key pad lock, but communicated the issue with Scott and it didn’t effect our stay much. We had a great week! Would definitely recommend!

Wish we could have stayed longer

This property was amazing. You could not ask for a better view. The condo was clean and well decorated. The kitchen has anything you would need in it. The property owner was wonderful to work with! The parking deck is equipped with plenty of carts to load and unload your cars. There are facilities to wash sand off you and your belongings when you come off the beach. The reserved umbrella and chairs the owner has arranged for quests, was always set up and available for us when we arrived on the beach (a great perk). We will be returning again!!!!

Better Than Expected

I was so pleasantly surprised when we arrived at this condo. The online pictures do not do it justice, the place was absolutely beautiful with great views. The access to the beach and pool was amazing, especially since we had two toddlers with us, just a minute walk across the street. The condo is fully equipped which made our stay even better, we lacked for nothing when it came to all the necessary items to spend a week at the beach. The owners were amazing, very quick to respond and very accommodating. We would definitely rent this place again in the future and recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing vacation.

Our second time staying here and we had an enjoyable time. Great area that’s not too crowded. Nice building and grounds. We had one issue the day before we left…a burn type smell that we never figured out which could’ve been coming from another room. I messaged the owners and they got right back with me. Just wanted to mention this as they’re very responsive if there is any issues. Thanks for another great stay.

We know what we liked and what we didn't like about various rental properties. We want you to feel at home in our little slice of paradise. We hope you love it as much as we do!

Why they chose this property

We feel that this property had everything we wanted. Beautiful ocean and beach views, nicely landscaped, good parking, very well maintained. Not as congested as other sections of the beach, just a little quieter and more family friendly. Plus the two pools! Oh, and did we mention the views? :)
