Hi I'm Kristi. I am a mom of four who loves exercising, traveling, hosting get-togethers, and most of all spending time with my family in Hilton Head. I'm not here full time yet, but the island is my absolute favorite place in the world and it has been since I started visiting with my family nearly ten years ago. I hope you decide to stay with us and experience the magic for yourself!
Why they chose this property
Palmetto Dunes feels like home. It is a gated community with abundant mature trees, miles of biking and walking paths, restaurants, golf courses, tennis and pickleball courts, a General Store and beautiful white sand beaches. The full-time residents, visitors and staff are pleasant, courteous and friendly. The community is impeccably maintained and most homes are within walking distance to the beach.
What makes this property unique
When you set foot in 2 High Water, you know you are at the beach. The coastal decor, the large back deck and heated pool, the casual but massive dining table with bench seating, the bunk room that sleeps twelve, all perfect to share with family and friends. The home exudes a comfortable, relaxed ambiance and is stocked full of amenities like Wifi and high-speed internet, Roku TVs in nearly every room, a pool table, ping pong table, board games, and a garage full of beach gear and bikes. The house has enough beds to sleep 27, but there are plenty of separate living spaces for your group to spread out and relax.
